Happy Birthday, Matthew - but it says you are 94! Doing rather well for your age! And to think, all this time I thought
I was old enough to be your mother, whereas it was you all the time who are old enough to be my father!! Actually, old enough to be my grandfather.... :thinking:

As I clarified in another thread, I like to keep my age secret from Google -- but I don't mind sharing it with everyone on here.

I am one year older than Our Lord was when He was crucified.

My wife's mother is taking my whole family to dinner tonight at the Olive Garden. My wife and I usually go out on our birthdays -- maybe I'll go out again with just her next week? Who knows. It's pretty busy around here with Thanksgiving looming. All my clients are about to rev up for the Christmas shopping season.

So far today, I burned a huge pile of brush, which kindled a complete (dead) tree! That was on purpose. In about an hour or so, the whole tree should fall over, and I'll feed its remains to the fire!

I must say, it was one *hell* of a fire! And I choose that word on purpose -- one time where it actually makes sense! haha (I know, technically all the fires on earth are like a cool breeze compared to the fire of hell -- but it still sounds good)

I'm one of those guys that like making fires. My wife and her mother -- about the opposite. My dad (RIP) also liked fire. So I guess it's hereditary.
I've burned over 3 dozen mesquite tree stumps on my property -- just in the last 2 1/2 years! Oh, and I made the stumps too. I had to burn the wood/brush resulting from the trees I cut down.
