Did you know half of the world's prisoners are in the U.S.A.?

 According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the United States of America is The Worlds Worst Prison State: "In 2004, nearly 7 million people were on probation, in jail or prison, or on parole at year end 2004 -- 3.2% of all U.S. adult residents or 1 in every 31 adults." - U.S. Department of Justice

 Ignoring State Jails and Probation and only taking Federal Prisoners, the U.S. has 1,587,403 more federal prisoners than in China; 1,307,001 more than in Russia; 1,799,543 more than in Brazil and 1,813,544 more than in India, yet these countries has significantly larger populations.

 Ignoring prisoners held on probation, at midyear 2004, the U.S prisons and jails incarcerated over 2.1 million persons. In both jails and prisons, there were 123 female inmates per 100,000 women in the United States, compared to 1,348 male inmates per 100,000 men.  A total of 2,477 State prisoners were under age 18.

The frightening aspect is that our out of control government is not stopping here, they are literally building more prisons not only in the U.S. but internationally.  The U.S. is even well surpassing Hitler and Stalin's horrors.  Not surprisingly, citizens of Russia and Germany during these dictators reigns believed their government was the best in the world...

Do not for the least part believe that all these people in U.S. jails, prisons and on parole are guilty of any crime.  The great majority have committed no crime.  A crime in the U.S. requires three mandatory elements to be present, MENS REA (willful intent); ACTUS REA (act or crime) and CORPUS DELICTI (body of the crime, the actual damage) see LAW.  As many as 90% of people prosecuted and punished by the U.S. Criminal Injustice System have committed no damage, in fact all three elements to the crime are missing.  Judges, Police and Prosecutors are incarcerating these people for their own personal profit.  The Prison industry in the U.S. is one of the fastest growing industries in the Nation.  To turn these statistics around, Judges, Cops and Prosecutors who are not following the law need to be put behind bars.

The U.S. is now worse than Stalin's era.
