    Not necessarily. If gladius never logs in, he will not know he has a PM. But if he lurks occasionally he may see this. This is what I would do to get the attention of someone I suspected never logs in.

    (Unless I am wrong and there are email notifications of PMs. As far as I've been able to ascertain, there are none.)

    Plus Pete just signed up. He doesn't have PM privileges yet.
