I am in a suburb of Chicago, went out to do my recycling and a military helicopter just tore over my head.

Are there military bases near you? I live between two marine bases so it is a common occurance for me.

Well, something in Chicago maybe? But, I tell you I have never seen any military vehicles of any kind near me.

US Government Army NATL Guard

There is a National Guard base in Chicago so it could have been a guard helicopter on training but it is an odd occurrence.

Yes indeed. My husband was in the Army and the National Guard. He said that in his 55 years he has never seen any military vehicles anywhere in the area or even anywhere that could be near here for many miles.
