Isn't it strange how some men go full-on Nero (a.k.a. tyrant) if they are given power over a small Homeowners Association, or an online forum or Facebook group with 50 - 250 members (many of whom are inactive members)...
While other men have the nobility of soul to be able to rule a large business with thousands of employees -- or even a small country -- with graciousness, wisdom, mercy, and magnanimity?
Some men are petty (pusillanimous, "small souled") while others are noble and magnanimous ("large souled"). You can really tell the difference by giving ANY MEASURE OF POWER to both. What a difference!
This applies to priests as well. Some act like tyrants, pushing their opinions and desires on all, while others consider themselves humble employees of God and use their position, influence ("power") to do a lot of good for souls.
