  • www.elope.com has all occasion hats. The pocket with velcro closure is inside top.  I think you put money or maybe key to the house while you merry make.  I remember that mens dress hats had hidden pockets inside their hats decades ago.

    I found a octoberfest chicken hat in a thrift store.  Our family has an Octoberfest each year.  So, I had to buy it.  I found some human interest notes about Octoberfest and folded them and put them in the pocket for now.
