  • I've been following Friar Alessandro for a few weeks after I discovered a video of him on youtube. I've since discovered he signed a major record deal with Decca/Universal Music (the first in history). He will receive no profits from his albums - all money will go straight to the charitable work of the OFM. (Which is greatly heartening.)

    There's a full length version of Panis Angelicus here -

    I think it's utterly beautiful, he obviously has a great gift and the video itself offers a lovely visual contrast to the aesthetics of my everyday living. I really admire him...
