I'd rather listen to sodomite hating fundamentalist who think I'm going to hell who at least have same moral code based on the 10 Commandments than the smiling tolerant who go along with forced sodomy education on young children, "civil unions", and supporting sodomites on disability who are dying of AIDS.

These types of  fanatical protest were done in the Old Testament too, like the Levite who sent his murdered concubine in parts through the mail to show how wicked things had become.
I don't agree with how they do it, burying the dead is an act of mercy,  but they are right to protest the gov allowing sodomy in military and civilian law.

Considering how virulent this group is why haven't they been stopped or taken down by the gov't? Simple, they are allowed to exist as controlled opposition.  You oppose the sin of sodomy/sodomitic unions? Get lumped in with these clowns and automatically discredited.  That is why they are allowed to exist.  If the US government really wanted to, these guys would be gone faster than they can shout "God hates fαɢs" at a funeral.

Luke

Lord, have mercy on his soul. I've experienced this mans hatred first hand. I hope he gets straight before his death.

Hail Mary..... Pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.
Did he picket some ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ family member/friend slain in war? Otherwise I don't know how anyone could "expierence" this guy's hatred.

Don't get me wrong, I still think he's a kook.

He picketed a funeral I was at. His "flock" shouted obscenities about "catholic freaks and false prophets and idol worshipers." They also shouted that all Catholics would go to hell. He especially hates priests.
Living in Kansas, running into his ilk at some religious event isn't that unlikely.
Was the funeral of a dead soldier? I hear about their ravings at dead soldiers funerals coming back from the wars supposedly fought for "sodom" or something. I don't know, but I do know one thing, if this group came around my family or circles with their religious insanity a few heads would've got bashed in, I don't care how much they hide behind the Law or police protection under the guise of "right to protest".

They would get plenty of Rights....and Lefts.

I always figured them for either a False Front or network of lawyers, scamartists and attention-whores looking to make an easy buck somehow. Either way they're a joke and did get away with murder for a reason.

No he wasn't a soldier. From what I gather, they were there because he was Catholic.

They take real issue with the pedo/homo scandal in the Church. The way I understand it, they equate Catholic with homo lovers. Therefore God hates all Catholics. I hate the pedo scandal too, but it doesn't cancel out the one true Church. The one true Church is and always be Catholic.

I agree with Luker. The government doesn't shut them down because they go hand and hand with their own agenda. The government is just as anti catholic as the Fred Phelps cult.
