    Bashir, along with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, was a guarantor of the deal. It remains to be seen whether his ouster will imperil the peace deal.

    This is not only beneath the dignity of a Roman pontiff, but the lowliest man on Earth. I just don't get this kissing the feet of another human being in some vain attempt to gain some kind of "sympathy" or begging of mercy in some way. If anything, when you commit an act like this , you lose any kind of dignity of your own  or respect from the one whose feet you are smooching and groveling before. Tell me, what in the world do these Africans make of this kind of display from someone, who in their eyes, is the holiest man on Earth? Perhaps maybe the biggest drama queen on Earth.
    Really, Francis is becoming the biggest embarrassment in the history of the RCC. 
    Why in the world would anyone, especially male, even consider converting to the Church of Rome with these kinds of displays and grandstanding from it's ecclesiastical leader or monarch? He is without a word......pathetic. >:(

    Good point. The reason I apostasized from the Novus Ordo when I was 15 or so was because of the absolute effeminacy of the Church I had gone too. It was a theatrical parish. In the Archdiocese of Denver, this church has the notorious reputation of “The Broadway Theatrical Parish”. And the star of the show is the priest. Nothing about the Conciliar religion appeals to young men who are craving true masculinity in this deranged post modern world.
    But remember supposed Francis is “the people’s pope, the pope of mercy, the humble pope” blah blah blah it’s all mock humility and false mercy

    Yes, perfect example of this guy's double-standard. He claims to be the type that doesn't want to be "holier-than-thou", which is complete lunacy for a pope, rejecting any kind of display of majesty or tradition like kneeling or bowing in reverence in the traditional way. Yet falls on all fours and makes out with human toes at the drop of a hat.

     
    We've gone from Karol the koran-kisser to Francis the foot-fondler.... ::)
