Controversial legislation establishing marriage and adoption rights for same-sex couples cleared final passage in France on April 23 after a 331-to-225 vote in the left-controlled Parliament. But the protests it has prompted in recent months aren’t likely to fade any time soon. As France’s opposition conservatives promise to mount legal challenges to block the law’s application, leaders of the well-organized and vocal groups who’ve fought the measure will continue denouncing it as an attack on matrimony and the traditional family unit.
Okay, so far so good. Now let's see here.................
The French lower house of Parliament on Tuesday passed the so-called Marriage for All bill, which opens marriage and adoption to same-sex couples with identical rights previously limited to heterosɛҳuąƖ unions. That vote — which was largely split down left-right lines — makes France the ninth E.U. member and the 14th nation in the world to legalize same-sex marriage. Opponents decried the legislation — which was one of Socialist President François Hollande’s main campaign promises — as deforming time-honored definitions of marriage and endangering children by permitting gαy and lesbian couples to adopt. French public opinion was mixed: polls have consistently shown around 60% of people favoring legalization of same-sex marriage, with a small majority opposed to adoption rights accompanying that reform.
Now, I'm not so sure of this. Other polls have shown a 53% opposition to the
MOVEMENT of OPENING civil unions to Sodomites. Opening is a movement.
Defending tradition is not a "movement."

Indeed, given France’s rather liberal, live-and-let-live social reputation abroad, it struck some foreign observers as ironic the French took so long — and battled so bitterly — to legalize same-sex marriage that purportedly stodgier “Anglo-Saxon” countries like the U.S. and U.K. now appear to be moving toward rapidly. Be that as it may, backers of Marriage for All cheered its final passage — and expect, once the law clears constitutional review in late May, the first legal same-sex marriages to be performed in June.
So, that's how it struck "some foreign observers," is it? Who were these
"some," anyway? Why was their opinion worth quoting? What do they
know? What authority do they have? Are they the globalists? Are they
the "elder brothers," or the Zionists? Who are they? Are their identities
too secret to be "important?" What are they afraid of? Is their power of
being quoted and being believed and being obeyed at risk if they are
identified? What's going on here?
“It’s a generous law, and a law of equality,” an elated Christiane Taubira, Socialist Justice Minister and author of the bill, told Parliament after the vote. “We believe the first weddings will be beautiful and that they’ll bring a breeze of joy, and that those who are opposed to them today will surely be confounded when they are overcome with the happiness of the newlyweds and the families.”
So this is the source of the name, "the Taubira legislation."
She's the
SOCIALIST JUSTICE MINISTER, and author of the legislation.
The ones who will be "surely confounded,"

..but the deep divisions that have erupted and spread across France since Marriage for All was introduced in November will not close quickly — as opponents now warn.
Nor can they.
They can, in fact, never close at all, because they are not a division of
this world, but they are a reflection of the Eternal Division, that which is
one and the same as the GREAT CHAOS that separates heaven and hell,
across which GREAT CHAOS no man nor demon can traverse. This is a division that has no temporal equivalent. See the caldera of an active
volcano and it means nothing compared to the division of the GREAT CHAOS.

Ask not for whom the bell tolls. It tolls for thee!Political conservatives, social traditionalists and members of all of France’s main religious organizations have loudly voiced their common hostility to a measure they see as deforming the institution of marriage and family unit.
This is war.
This is a war of words. The "hostility" is the egregious hate and
aggression of the liberal pro-sodomite faction that strives to usurp power
from those who are decent people and who have a holy fear of God, which
is the beginning of wisdom. But what would you know about wisdom, or
God, or holy fear of God?
Notice how "common hostility" is a term used to describe those who defend the
truth, when they're defending themselves against the
common hostility of
usurpers and criminals. Notice how the "deformation of the institution of marriage and the family unit"
is reduced here in only one sentence to a
mere opinion of those who would
defend it. How so? Just
insert the phrase, "they see as," where
nothing belongs.
This is a war of words. It should say:
Political conservatives, social traditionalists and members of all of France’s
main religious organizations have loudly voiced their justified opposition,
to a measure deforming the institution of marriage and the family unit. Banding together in collective protests, opponents of the legislation staged numerous demonstrations in cities across France and drew as many as 800,000 people during one of four Paris marches. Leaders warn they’ll neither dissolve the movement, nor ease pressure on political leaders until the pending law is rescinded.
Wrong again. Not "as many as 800,000" but rather ONE MILLION. And why
not count all 4 marches? Oh, that would be an inconveniently large number.
Right. Inconvenient. It all depends on which side your prejudice lies.
The size and militancy of the gαy-marriage opposition appear to have increased with time. That also includes indications that extremist elements from the French far right may have also joined the movement. Overtly homophobic slogans were carried and chanted by small clusters of demonstrators in recent Paris marches, where clashes with police also occurred.
Extremist elements from the French far right?? What about the extremist
elements in the fαɢs, gαys, perverts and Sodomites? What about those
extremist elements?
This is a war of words. Wait. The
movement is the liberal attack against marriage. That is
the
movement. So what is this about a
movement to protect what
is already there, what has been there since the dawn of history? What is this?
Overtly perverted aggression has been going on in the parliament for a long
time if this got the support it did.
Overtly homophobic? This is a war of words! What a joke! A phobia is a psychotic fear. These people are not afraid of
Sodomites. And their inspiration is not a phobia. So this word is meaningless,
and yet here it is in the "news." What a pharse the "news" is. It uses words
that have no meaning in the real world but only serve to advance an evil
agenda.
What about the small clusters of gαys, fαɢs and Sodomites who have been
pushing their wicked crap for years and years and years? Where have been
the epithets of "Sodomite slogans were carried and chanted by small clusters"
then? Not a word. That would have been "intolerant!"
Oh, but this is not intolerant, is it? Of course not. This is "liberal." You know,
like the Statue of Liberty -- Made in France.
And the "clashes with police" have all been the POLICE instigating clashes --
the POLICE attacking the peaceful demonstrators. The POLICE are the aggressors.
Similar violence has also broken out between cops and demonstrators who gathered each night outside Parliament ahead of the April 23 vote.
Has broken out? Who broke it out? The POLICE? Well, then why not
say so? Oh, because it would be inconvenient for your prejudice, right.
So sorry. I'll try to remember that. I really will.
That’s not the only way the protest movement — or people claiming to be part of it — has radicalized.
Apparently you know when you're getting to the end of the article when
they start putting their digs in every sentence, and pretending like they
already made one when they didn't, like "by the way this is ANOTHER
example of how the conservatives has become 'radicalized'." But there
was no example of them being radicalized. The only mention was when
the POLICE ATTACKED THEM. How does that make the VICTIMS of the
police attacks becoming radicalized? Because the police attacked them
more than once?
Oh, right. When the police attacks you multiple times that means you
must be getting worse. Otherwise, if you were getting better (that is, if
you stop speaking out for your own rights) then the police would stop
attacking you!!

Savage attacks on gαy men have also recently occurred in Paris, Lille, Bordeaux and Nice amid what backers of Marriage for All claim is an intolerable atmosphere of homophobia created by the proposal’s enemies.
