I'm posting this here too, though I don't post here very often. I do still consider some of you here a part of my strange, post-modern internet family.

There is an old practice of the family coming together towards the end of lent, and taking turns confessing those sins which have caused damage to each other. The practice encourages humility, forgiveness, and reconciliation.

In light of the upcoming Easter season, I've been examining my conscience more often lately, and things have come to mind where I see I have wronged some people who post on this forum.

Over the past 3 and a half years of posting on traditional catholic forums, I've posted some irresponsible things. I have caused scandal, I've been prideful, hurtful, and downright mean to a person or two. I have gossipped about others, judged rashly, and have probably even propagated heretical ideas from time to time.

Especially for posting about my scandalous actions, being hurtful, biting, or angrily sarcastic, either here or on other catholic forums and/or blogs, I am truly sorry.

Please forgive me.

It is strange how we are all family is it not? And, Yes, I too have gotten angry. There were some men a while back that I let irritate me, and they are long gone now. I was fresh and flip when I answered them, and showed myself to be a fool. I just bristle with arrogant people. Not to sound to mushy and weird, but I really do like the people on this board.

Miss fluffy, I really love it when we admit that we are sinners. If I am not mistaken, you once said sth about your life before coversion. It is very precious that you are not trying to put the blame on an other person, nature, hormones, Vatican II, bad priests or bad education. It is very good that you are so courgeous. Now you are greater than before in my eyes. I am not as couregous as you, and my sins are too horrible to mention, but instead of accepting that I was guilty, I always find someone to blame for what I did!
We are all sinners, but only few of us are honest enough to admit it and take the responsibility for our actions.
One member ignored you, It was I. Now, I undo it.

Thanks! I feel like your kind words are undeserved. I'm counting myself very blessed that God still inspires me to come back to Him, despite all my failings.

I was wondering who was ignoring me... How did you see my post if you were ignoring me?

Sorry for the times that I've snapped at you. I won't make any excuses or explain why you sometimes got on my nerves. Suffice to say it's my own fault and my own misinterpretation of your character.

Thank you. We are all advancing in faith, because we have a non-liberal forum to speak about our religion and expand our views.
And yes I am sometimes on people's nerves, because it is very hard for me to trust in anybody, also I have a tendency to despair and nagging!

I can certainly relate to mrs.fluffy. As Cliche as it has become on this forum (and perhaps that is a good thing), I'm happy that I have the grace from God to come back to him whenever I fail, which is far more often than it should be.
