More and more everyday in society we are seeing more men sashaying right into hell and they're proud of that?!! But that is the image they bend over backward to convey in their effort to justify perversion. With a sodomite sympathizer in the White House, with several in political positions of power at all levels, with aberrant actors and athletes influencing impressionable youth, and with an apostate pope who refuses to see the elephant in the room and the sodomite pedophilia that has plagued the conciliar church, is it any wonder what has happened to our moral compass with so many openly flaunting homosexuality? Unless the people wake up soon and call it what it is, it's only going to get worse in this generation's trek toward the same damned extinction that doomed the Greeks and Romans when they gave of themselves to unnatural acts that cry out to Heaven for vengeance. In this age of diabolic disorientation, it would be wise for everyone to read what God says, political correctness be damned, for if one doesn't heed the Almighty's words, they will be damned.
I thought I would write this article as my little part in the fight against the onslaught of evil that is shoved down the throats of Americans in the public work place. I here talk about "Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, Transgender (GLBT) Pride Month". Perhaps such a month being imposed on the workers in the Federal Government does not shock you. Regardless; this is what public workers encounter each year in the public work place though no one seems to mind. In my previous work place they would put up displays of this "celebration" for the month of June which also coincided with "bring your kids to work day". So the thoughtless parents who think it is a good idea to have their children radiated by the metal detector they must walk through (security you know, they could be terrorists) also seem to have no objection to having formerly (if they were not warped already) innocent children confronted with the evil displays.
"What does gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, transgender mean daddy?" "They are just special people that are different than us like the minorities are." "Oh, okay."
But this is not an article against the federal government nor is it an article against the mindless to evil parents. This is an article intended to stress the obvious so people can be reminded and versed in the Catholic teaching on the topic which we must be willing to defend. What follows is the account of Sodom and Gomorrah with its commentary from the Haydock Bible:
Genesis 19:1 And the two angels came to Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gate of the city. And seeing them, he rose up and went to meet them: and worshipped prostrate to the ground.
Ver. 1. Ground. Thus shewing himself a true relation and imitator of Abraham.
2 And said: I beseech you, my lords, turn in to the house of your servant, and lodge there: wash your feet, and in the morning you shall go on your way. And they said: No, but we will abide in the street.
Ver. 2. My lords. He took them to be men. --- No. They refuse at first, that he may have the merit of pressing them to accept the invitation. (Haydock)
3 He pressed them very much to turn in unto him: and when they were come into his house, he made them a feast, and baked unleavened bread, and they ate:
4 But before they went to bed, the men of the city beset the house, both young and old, all the people together.
Ver. 4. Together. The whole city was corrupt; even the children were taught iniquity, as soon as they came to the years of discretion. (Menochius)
5 And they called Lot, and said to him: Where are the men that came in to thee at night? bring them out hither, that we may know them: Ver. 5. Know them. They boldly proclaim their infamous design.
6 Lot went out to them, and shut the door after him, and said:
7 Do not so, I beseech you, my brethren, do not commit this evil.
Ver. 7. This evil, so contrary to the rights of hospitality, and the law of nature.
8 I have two daughters who, as yet, have not known man; I will bring them out to you, and abuse you them as it shall please you, so that you do no evil to these men, because they are come in under the shadow of my roof.
Ver. 8. Known man. They were neglected, while men were inflamed with desires of each other. See Romans i. (Haydock) --- Abuse. Lot tries by every means to divert them from their purpose; being well assured, that they would have nothing to do with his daughters, who were promised to some of the inhabitants. He endeavors to gain time, hoping perhaps that his guests would escape by some back way, while he is talking to the people. (Haydock) ---Some allow that, under so great a perturbation of mind, he consented to an action which could never be allowed, though it was a less evil. (Menochius)
9 But they said: Get thee back thither. And again: Thou camest in, said they, as a stranger, was it to be a judge? therefore we will afflict thee more than them. And they pressed very violently upon Lot: and they were even at the point of breaking open the doors.
Ver. 9. Thither; from whence thou camest, or into the house. Dost thou pretend to tell us what is wrong? We will treat thee more shamefully. (Menochius) While they are beginning to offer violence.
10 And behold the men put out their hand, and drew in Lot unto them, and shut the door.
Ver. 10. Behold, &c. the angels not only secure Lot, but strike the whole people with blindness, so that they could neither find Lot's door nor their own homes. Indeed, if they had been able to get back into their own houses, it would have been but a small consolation to them; since in a few minutes, the whole city was buried in sulphur and flame, Wisdom xix 16.
11 And them, that were without, they struck with blindness from the least to the greatest, so that they could not find the door.
12 And they said to Lot: Hast thou here any of thine? son-in-law, or sons, or daughters, all that are thine bring them out of this city:
13 For we will destroy this place, because their cry is grown loud before the Lord, who hath sent us to destroy them.
14 So Lot went out, and spoke to his sons-in-law that were to have his daughters, and said : Arise: get you out of this place, because the Lord will destroy this city. And he seemed to them to speak as it were in jest.
Ver. 14. Sons-in-law. Perhaps they also were among the crowd, (ver. 4,) and therefore deserved to be abandoned to their incredulity; though, if they would have consented to follow Lot, the angels would have saved them for his sake. --- In jest. So little did they suffer God's judgments to disturb them!
15 And when it was morning, the angels pressed him, saying: Arise, take thy wife, and the two daughters that thou hast: lest thou also perish in the wickedness of the city.
16 And as he lingered, they took his hand, and the hand of his wife, and of his two daughters, because the Lord spared him.
Ver. 16. He lingered, entreating the Lord to save the city; and loath, perhaps to lose all his property, for the sake of which he had chosen that abode. --- Spared him, and his wife and two daughters, for his sake. These four were all that were even tolerably just: for we find them all soon giving signs of their weakness, and of the danger to which even the best are exposed by evil communications. (Haydock)
17 And they brought him forth, and set him without the city: and there they spoke to him, saying: Save thy life: look not back, neither stay thou in all the country about: but save thyself in the mountain, lest thou be also consumed.
Ver. 17. Look not back. Flee with all expedition; let no marks of pity for the wretched Sodomites, nor of sorrow for the loss of your property, be seen.
18 And Lot said to them: I beseech thee my Lord,
Ver. 18. My lord, addressing himself to the angel, who led him and his wife. (Menochius)
19 Because thy servant hath found grace before thee, and thou hast magnified thy mercy, which thou hast shewn to me, in saving my life, and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest some evil seize me, and I die.
Ver. 19. The mountain above Segor. He is faint-hearted, and does not comply with readiness and exactitude; though, when he had obtained leave to remain in Segor, he still fears, and flees to the mountain, ver. 30, (Haydock) on the south-east of the Dead Sea. (Calmet)
20 There is this city here at hand, to which I may flee, it is a little one, and I shall be saved in it: is it not a little one, and my soul shall live?
21 And he said to him: Behold also in this, I have heard thy prayers, not to destroy the city for which thou hast spoken.
22 Make haste, and be saved there: because I cannot do any thing till thou go in thither. Therefore the name of that city was called Segor.
Ver. 22. Segor. That is, a little one. (Challoner) --- In allusion to Lot's words, ver. 20. As it was small, fewer sinners would of course be contained in it. God had resolved to spare it, and therefore inspired Lot to pray for its preservation. (Menochius) --- Hence we may learn, how great a treasure and safeguard the just man is. (Haydock)
23 The sun was risen upon the earth, and Lot entered into Segor.
Ver. 23. Risen. It was morning when he left Sodom; (Ver. 15.) so this city must not have been very distant. It was before called Bala, or swallowed up, and afterwards Salissa. Theodoret supposes it was destroyed as soon as Lot had left it; and it seems Lot's daughters thought so, since they concluded all men, except their father, had perished.
24 And the Lord rained upon Sodom and Gomorrha brimstone and fire from the Lord out of Heaven.
Ver. 24. The Lord rained...from the Lord, in a miraculous manner. Sodom and the other cities did not perish by earthquakes and other natural causes only, but by the divine wrath exerting itself in a visible manner. Here is an insinuation of a plurality of persons in God, as the C. of Sirmich declares, c. 14.[Council of Sirmich, canon 14.?] --- And Gomorrha, and the other towns which were not so large, nor perhaps so infamous. --- Brimstone and fire; to denote the bad odor and violence of their disorders. (Menochius)
25 And He destroyed these cities, and all the country about, all the inhabitants of the cities, and all things that spring from the earth.
Ver. 25. All the inhabitants, both the body and soul, Jude ver. 7: even the infants would probably die in original sin, as their parents were unbelievers, and careless of applying the proper remedies. (Haydock) --- The women imitated the men in pride and dissolute morals, so that all deserved to perish. (Menochius) --- All things; so that even now the environs are barren, and the lake dark and smoking. (Tirinus)
26 And his wife looking behind her, was turned into a statue of salt.
Ver. 26. And his wife. As a standing memorial to the servants of God to proceed in virtue, and not to look back to vice or its allurements. (Challoner) --- His, Lot's wife. The two last verses might be within a parenthesis. --- Remember Lot's wife, our Savior admonishes us. Having begun a good work, let us not leave it imperfect, and lose our reward. (Luke xvii; Matthew xxiv.) --- A statue of durable metallic salt, petrified as it were, to be an eternal monument of an incredulous soul, Wisdom x. 7. Some say it still exists. (Haydock) --- God may have inflicted this temporal punishment on her, and saved her soul. (Menochius) --- She looked back, as if she distrusted the words of the angel; but her fault was venial. (Tirinus)
27 And Abraham got up early in the morning, and in the place where he had stood before with the Lord:
28 He looked towards Sodom and Gomorrha, and the whole land of that country: and he saw the ashes rise up from the earth as the smoke of a furnace.
29 Now when God destroyed the cities of that country, remembering Abraham, he delivered Lot out of the destruction of the cities wherein he had dwelt.
Ver. 29. Lot. Even he owed his safety to the merits of Abraham.
30 And Lot went up out of Segor, and abode in the mountain, and his two daughters with him (for he was afraid to stay in Segor) and he dwelt in a cave, he and his two daughters with him.
You will notice that throughout the commentary (and Scripture itself as we all know what "men wanting to know other men" means in Holy Writ) they to try to avoid talking expressly about the primary sin (which cries to Heaven for vengeance) responsible for the destruction of the cities as much as possible. This is because the commentary was written before the Freudian era which proclaims that it is best for our mental well-being to share private, intimate and sacred things with the world. Additionally the Catholic commentators are aware of sins of thought, so they avoid being graphic. But the reason for the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah is made very clear nonetheless. (JG)
Further verses that prove the evil of sodomy
Leviticus 18: 22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind, because it is an abomination.
Ver. 22. Abomination, punished so severely in the Sodomites, Genesis xix. Yet, even the philosophers of Greece were not at all ashamed of it. Bardesanes assures us, that the eastern nations punished it with death, and would not allow the guilty the honours of burial. Those beyond the Euphrates were so shocked at it, that they would kill themselves if they were only accused of such a crime. (Ap. Eusebius, præp. vi. 10.) Haydock Commentary
Leviticus 20:13 If any one lie with a man as with a woman, both have committed an abomination, let them be put to death: their blood be upon them.
Self-explanatory, no? (John Gregory commentary)
1 Corinthians 6: 9 Know you not that the unjust shall not possess the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers,
10 Nor the effeminate, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor railers, nor extortioners, shall possess the kingdom of God.
11 And such some of you were: but you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, and in the spirit of our God.
Ver. 8-11. Defraud....your brethren. That is, you still make yourselves much more guilty by the injustices done to one another: for the unjust, and all they who are guilty of such crimes as I have mentioned, shall not possess the kingdom of God. And some of you were guilty of part of them, which have been washed off by your conversion, and your baptism, when you were justified. (Witham) --- And such some of you were. It is probable that this was added by the apostle, to soften his preceding words, lest he might seem to accuse all the Corinthians of each of these sins, and he likewise adds, such indeed you were, but now you are washed, &c. &c. (Estius; St. Thomas Aquinas)
8 But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully:
Ver. 8. The law is good. Do not think I condemn the law of Moses, or those who observe it; it is good, if properly understood and rightly practised. I only blame those who make the law an occasion of disturbance; who, without understanding, pretend to be masters, and teach idle curiosities. (Theodoret)
9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for the just man, but for the unjust and disobedient, for the ungodly, and for sinners, for the wicked, and defiled, for murderers of fathers, and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
Ver. 9. The law is not, &c. He means that the just man doth good, and avoideth evil, not as compelled by the law, and merely for fear of the punishment appointed for transgressors, but voluntarily, and for the love of God and virtue; and would do so, though there were no law. (Challoner) --- If all men were just, the law would be unnecessary, as law are made against transgressors. (Calmet) --- It is not the just, but the unjust, that the law threatens, binds, and chastises. The just man obeys it without violence or constraint; he fulfils it with pleasure. (St. Augustine, lib. de Spiritu. &c.)
10 For fornicators, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for men-stealers, for liars, for perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine,
I have thought of different types of "Pride" Months we could have Under the heading of “What’s Next?” or “Legitimate Suggestions” depending on the message. Print them out and display them at your desk each month as antidote to the evil that is being pushed upon us and to show the ludicrousness of the particular month we speak of in this article:

12. June - Roman Catholic, PROCREATIVE Marital Act, Do Good Avoid Evil, Pride Month
This last one is hanging on my wall, in public view, right now and it will be up every June the building I work in has its perverse displays up. I suggest all petition their civil rights office to have such a month included in their program. Let them know that if they do not include Roman Catholic Pride Month in their various “celebrations” that you will feel discriminated against. Further, all should let the civil rights office know that they, as Christians who believe in the inerrancy of Scripture, are gravely offended by the (G,L,B,T) display they are forced to look at each day and that we cannot bring our children to a place that has such a display up. Let them know that you are aware that the one acknowledged as head of our country has made June “Pervert Pride Month” but, in addition to not being obliged to follow evil commands, he did not command that we put up the evil displays anyway.
Ask those in charge of putting up such displays why the work place not only feels the need hail perversity as some great good but to rub it in the face of those who are trying to maintain some semblance of morality in the world. But do not be discouraged if nothing happens, which will be the case if we have mistakenly cast our pearls before swine and tried to rationalize with the irrational. Know that our efforts will be rewarded by God Who sees all and knows our hearts. Pray and try to be a good Catholic yourself, bearing with others injuries while trying not to be injurious yourself. Let not our sins add to the already unthinkable state of the Church and the world.
I will end by sharing a letter I wrote to someone in my previous place of work and some concluding Scripture:
To Whom It May Concern:
I thought it a good idea to write you about the gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, transgender (glbt) pride month this building has each June. It should go without saying, and I say this with all due respect, that extolling vices that cry Heaven for God's vengeance is not something that should be forced down government employee's throats. It is one thing not to be biased against hiring those immersed in this deviancy but quite another to extol the evil responsible for the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah as some great virtue. It is one thing to pat ourselves on the back for being whatever color God created us to be, and quite another to offer kudos for a vice that leads to the downfall of society. Homosexuality, as you should well know, is not a nationality, but a lifestyle, that at the very least is controversial in the subjective realm and objectively, a grave evil that leads souls to Hell. The possible reason(s) behind having an Evil Vice Pride Month - and this during a "Bring Your Kids to Work" month (!) - is beyond my realm of comprehension.
When going from a "hurray I'm black or white or whatever" pride month to, "hurray I'm a sexual deviant" pride month opens the door for countless other possibilities such as "Incestuous Pride Month", "Pedophilia Pride Month" and "Bestiality Pride Month". I hear talk about the Hatch Act (which prohibits government employees from engaging in partisan political activity in the work place) and wonder where putting this controversial political agenda on physical display in the Federal work place fits in. I would like to know if and when the employees where given a vote on whether they consider a celebrating Homosexual Pride Month with a grand display of those who engage in these perverted acts in the work place, appropriate or not. Certainly anyone who considers himself to be an authentic Christian believing in the inerrancy of Scripture would not consent to such a vile display. For proof of that consider Romans 1: 18-32:
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven, against all impiety and injustice of those men that detain the truth of God in injustice.
Ver. 18. For the wrath of God is revealed, &c. He begins to speak of the heathens, and of the wicked world, whose sins God punisheth from time to time with visible chastisements of plagues, famines, wars, &c. and that because they detain the truth of God in injustice, or in iniquity, that is, because they have not honoured God, even according to the knowledge which he has given them of him, especially their philosophers. (Witham)
19 Because that which is known of God is manifest in them. For God hath manifested it to them.
20 For the invisible things of him, from the creation of the world, are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made: his eternal power also and divinity: so that they are inexcusable.
Ver. 19-20. That which is known of God. Or may be easily known of God, is manifest in them. The light of reason demonstrates to them the existence of one God, the maker and preserver of all things. This is made known to them from the creation of the world, or from the creatures in the world: the Creator may be discovered by the creatures, and as St. Chrysostom here says, every Scythian, every barbarian, may come to the knowledge of God by the wonderful harmony of all things, which proclaims the existence of God louder than any trumpet: but having known him, they did not glorify him; they acted contrary to their knowledge, abandoning themselves to idolatry, and the vain worship of many gods, and to all manner of vices and abominations against the light of reason. (Witham)
21 Because that, when they knew God, they did not glorify him as God, or given thanks: but became vain in their thoughts, and their foolish heart was darkened:
22 For professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.
23 And they changed the glory of the incorruptible God, into the likeness of the image of a corruptible man, and of birds, and of four-footed beasts, and of creeping things.
24 Wherefore God gave them up to the desires of their heart, to uncleanness: to dishonor their own bodies among themselves.
Ver. 24. Wherefore God gave them up, &c. That is, as St. Chrysostom says, permitted them, in punishment of their willful blindness, to fall into the foulest, most shameful, and unnatural sins of uncleanness here described. (Witham)
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie: and worshipped and served the creature rather than the Creator, Who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God delivered them up to shameful affections. For their women have changed the natural use into that use which is against nature.
Ver. 26. God delivered them up. Not by being author of their sins, but by withdrawing his grace, and so permitting them, in punishment of their pride, to fall into those shameful sins. (Challoner)
27 And, in like manner the men also, leaving the natural use of the woman, have burned in their lusts one towards another, men with men working that which is filthy, and receiving in themselves the recompense which was due to their error.
28 And as they liked not to have God in their knowledge; God delivered them up to a reprobate sense, to do those things which are not convenient,
29 Being filled with all iniquity, malice, fornication, avarice, wickedness, full of envy, murder, contention, deceit, malignity, whisperers,
30 Detractors, hateful to God, contumelious, proud, haughty, inventors of evil things [L, G, B & T Pride Month] disobedient to parents,
31 Foolish, dissolute, without affection, without fidelity, without mercy.
32 Who, having known the justice of God, did not understand that they, who do such things, are worthy of death: and not only they who do them, but they also who consent to them that do them.
I do hope the celebration of such vile lifestyles being put on display in the workplace ends before those responsible for it have to render an account to the Just Judge.
Very sincerely, respectfully, but always uncompromisingly adhering to God's word,
