So we have to ask ourselves how long before the NO approves of this.

The NO is now approving of giving abortion pills to "rape" victims in Catholic hospitals.

The NO approves of condoms as a "first step towards morality"

Now what do you think the neo-trads who want to join with Rome are going to be doing?

Do you really think they're going to resisting this?

Oh, give me a break. No "neo-trad" is going to approve abortion. Not only do we allow ourselves to be divided and conquered by Satan, we seem to do all we can to help him out. I'm of sick of this reveling in these sad circuмstances that are dividing Traditionalists. It should be a time of fervent prayer, not pushing Satan's agenda of "us against them." Whenever people get into that mind-set the "us" becomes a smaller and smaller group. Show some Christian charity to your so-called "neo-trads." They're not bad people, they're struggling with how to deal with all of this also. And it certainly doesn't help to marginalize everyone who doesn't agree with you 100%.

If you think there aren't many that approve of contraception "when needed" - you're kidding yourself.

We've seen people on this very site defend the use of contraception outside of marriage as the lesser of two evils.

When Benedict XVI made his remarks on condoms, it was days before the SSPX criticized the remarks. They took a long time to respond, and it's the same reason that Bishop Fellay didn't want to condemn Assisi III strongly.

Planned Parenthood offers contraception to teens and their definition of teen is 10. I asked them. And contraception pills, shots acts as abortifacients. the new order pays into PP and ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity through United way and march of dimes in their so called catholic charities. That money goes to the Federal agenda and money comes back triple fold in grants and such. Now, is that the church Christ founded. No, it is just business as usual. There is no saving of souls in the new order. Their seminarian money is tripled by the feds to provide them with books, medical, dental and for that VA seminary? Why not? Even the Papal Vatican put up $5 million for seminarian education. That is not catholic.

Let's not forget L'Osservatore Romano criticized the bishop who excommunicated those involved in the abortion of those twins born to that young girl.

No matter how many "pro-life" marches these people who support Benedict and Francis go on, it doesn't mean they're serious enough to stand against these clerics who are steadily moving towards overt approval of contraception and abortion in some cases.

If trads raise their daughters to be young urban professionals, then the confidence that trads are seriously against contraception and abortion in all cases is hard to maintain. They think they're against it, but in reality, what should we imagine is going on in a large percentage of cases?

I'm talking about liberal Catholics.

IMO, liberal Catholics don't think much of abortion but when push comes to shove they think the Church position on contraception and abortion is too strict. I don't believe neotrads are seriously troubled by what happened under Benedict XVI's pontificate on these issues.

If the Neo-SSPX joins with Rome then they will no longer deem it "prudent" to condemn the defection from the Faith of Rome on this issue.

Thank you for bringing this up. The problem with Vatican II is the bishops and cardinals and Rome who are liberals and they are not Catholic. They probably have stocks with the pharmaceutical company making these meds.

As a matter of fact, the vatican II bishops and cardinals and Rome remain silent to everything as they continue to celebrate Vatican II.

They are too busying persecuting their own Father Rodriguez of El paso Texas , Father Guarino, Father Greg schaffer.

They continue to close down pre vatican II built churches and schools instead of having traditional groups like FSSP take them over. They even NO Masses and allow protestants to use the church for their services and funerals.
