I am probably on the CIA file too.
Firstly, I'm Lebanese. Even though it is a group of Muslim Palestinians who live in Lebanon who are terrorists, Lebanese in general have gotten the stigma of being terrorists.
Secondly, when I was in college, I bought a book on how to make explosives from kitchen products and bought a book of toruture techniques. I went through a stage in my life of being a military freak (I was delutional in thinking that I wanted to be a Marine), so I bought all sorts of war type stuff, including brass knuckles, etc... I know that the government monitors those who buy from companies such as the underground company I bought from.
Thirdly, when I was in college, a friend of mine was monitored by the FBI becuase they thought he was making counterfeit money (he was only photocopying one side of the money so as to used in his artwork posters - but apparently, unbeknowest to him, that was still illegal). They tapped his phone for a few months. When I found out they were tapping his phone, I became mischivious - when talking to my friend on the phone, I angrily talked about how America was a hypocritical country (that it was not the land of the free, that it murdered babies, etc.. etc...). Basically, I just vented about all the things I didn't like about America - which doesn't look good considering the fact that I was already probably on their list for buying dangerous books.
Fourthly, I was a volunteer secretary/bulletin creator at a Syriac Catholic Church for 1 year. The priest and the majority of the parishioners were Iraqi. This was right after 9/11 and after America's invasion of Iraq had begun. This was when they were still searching for Sadaam Hussein. Anway, the cousin or neice ( I forgot which) of Sadaam was a parishioner at this church. So you know that this church was being monitored by the CIA. Anyway, the fact that I was associated with this church and the fact that I was associated with the things mentioned above, I'm sure the CIA looked into me a bit more.
