    • The resistance page I set up on facebook now has more than 30 likes, so I get to see statistics.

    The "reach" - that is the number of people who click on links from the page, is roughly the same for men and women in all age groups, only being slightly skewed towards men.  In fact the number of young women who look at the page is slightly higher than that of the young men.

    I thought it was interesting the locations that are reached.  Are some of these people using proxies?

    The actual "likes" on the other hand, are quite different.  There are no young women who like the page.  25% are men 25-34, and 19% are women 35-44.

    You should be able to open the link whether you have a facebook account or not.

    Those who don't like either 1) don't agree with Father Pfeiffer and Chazal 2) don't want people to know or don't like the page or don't bother to like such things

    • Incidentally, the most popular post on the page, (since stats were available, I believe other earlier posts more were more popular) is about Pius XII on modesty.

    The modesty debate always gets a lot of attention.

    And I think it is safe to say: the rise of those with contempt for Catholic teachings on modesty (and the increasing laxity noted by TKGS) in the SSPX is certain proof of its subversion by liberals.

    Liberals will usually tip their hand on the modesty issue, because fashionable clothing is one of the chief ways people seek social acceptance.

    • Yeah, I tried again and it turns out there was a "close" button on the pop-up screen that I wasn't seeing. I had to zoom my screen out a little to see it.
