  • No.

    Because nobody needs Facebook.

Excepts the Zuckerberg Jєω and his gang to make money with the many simpletons using it (and the Jєωs betrayed massivley also with Facebook's stock market launch. Sheer unbelievable how they dupe the entire world).

FB is a tool, use it.who cares who started it? as long as they do not shut you down, use it. Get the word out any forum you can......remember, Mick Fleetwood could jam TV and use it for the resistance in The Running Man.......he did not say "yikes, Jєωs control it, I wont taouc it"

at the VA conference in late August, that was a talking issue, shold we use FB? Most said, yes, use whatever is there. You use the phone? a car? gas? public transport? TV (if public access or if $$ allows)?

  • Well, Facebook is absolutely no ordinary tool like e-mail or a car.
You're comparing apples with stones here, Belloc. Think twice before writing.

Facebook's is the "glass citizen" "tool" or rather "glass youth" "tool" because mainly the youth uses it and gets terribly exposed to lurkers and to criminals including the various intelligent services. Aside the fact they just can't do anything serious in Facebook.

People really don't know what they start when they enter Facebook. Catholic parents should forbid their children and teenagers to use Facebook. Difficult I know, because the children and teenagers are outcasts when they don't use Facebook. But they're outcasts already for being Catholics.

P.S. I'm always laughing about this "Facebook" button on Amazon, after you bought an article. It basically says: Click here to tell the (Facebook) world what you just bought.
Now, that's just unbelievable, and for sure it gets "better" every week. Really, the impression grows continually that we are sitting in a global madhouse.

    P.P.S. Thread's yours, guys.

  • Plenty of Catholic groups are using FB to spread true, traditional Catholicism. So too for the internet.

Jim Condit and several speakers at conference noted using the internet and FB to spread the message.

I help moderate a Trad group there and we post a lot of good, pro-SSPX (not Fellay) info. I have a few groups I have started to promote Catholic messages.

CI is on the internet and likely, somewhere, a link to CI is at FB or other tyes of sites.

The internet and FB are all monitored by Uncle Sam.......yet you use CI and the internet.

Apples and stones? not at all. Both are electronic tools to either let the  :devil2: dominate or Catholics. FB has several  :devil2: groups and posts, I have personally flagged some for offensive and pressured FB to take down. SOme no longer there-maybe me, maybe me and otehrs, maybe some other cause, who knows.

I get a little tired of the response "Belloc, you dont think" crap. marcellino was nice enough to PM me and ask me what was the deal with my dander up the other day. That time of off handed smuggness, thats what. Yeah, while most of you seem to have ability to haunt CI all day, I work, juggle other responsibilitie and still sick because some silly Evanglical (&(* decides she will vaccinated the crap out of herself, her kids (now having behavioral issuse) and infect me with some crud she will not get treated for. Got a trip in 2 weeks, would like to be better for that, so a little irritated and short on time.

Then, after completely dismissing my thoughts, I get the smug crap "think for a change" for a guy that is using the internet (invented largely by the US govt/Military) on a site that is likely heavily monitored, only to be told that I am a retard for suggesting we use social media to our benefit, regardless of who started said media or not......if one is not too cheap, one can buy the talks, where this was discussed, again, most people there and the speakers save for Gary Potter and Dr. White, agreed to use what weapons are there for our use, use the enemies tools against them if you will.

but yeah, silly me, I am too damn stupid to know a fruit from a stone and "obviously" dont think at all, nor twice.

Ethelred, perhaps, you might not want to use the internet nor CI if FB is scary to you.

Speaking of thinking, have read-with my college educated and trained investigative mind, your statement "Facebook's is the "glass citizen" "tool" or rather "glass youth" "tool" and have no idea, at all, what you are getting at.

This is just a plain ignorant statement "Aside the fact they just can't do anything serious in Facebook. "...seemed that the CIA, et all used FB to stir up a lot of "arab springs", plus some crimes were solved and missing chidlren, etc using FB. ALso, fundraising has found FB useful.

The amazon button, could care about it one way or another....

So, thread IS our and here we sit on a "hate site" to many SPLC and Jєωs,et al....using the internet that the CIA/GOvt/Military created, and that you use too.

BTW< was told early in the 90's, that the internet would not be useful at all and a waste of time.....tell that to CI, SSPX, Dimonds, FSSP, youtube, including the multiple videos of F.r Pfeiifer, + Williamson,etc.....

In conclusion, FB can waste time, true, so can a lot of other eletronics (Eth, you are here a lot). A lot of bad, but also, much good.

Someone, me, is thinking and thinking twice or more.....someone else cannot likely see their hypocrisy and stupidity...then again, wherever I go, usually proved the smartest person in the room and usually in the end, right, the room wrong.....happens time and again....

No one needs internet nor fourms per see-yet, here you are.....
No one needs a TV, likely, you have one of those.
Need FB? no, put it IS a tool like any other website, forum,etc.....its rather clear, might want to think, once, before writing......that feels nice and charitable doesnt it!

The internet is tracked, so are our electronic purchases, we all have credit reports, court docuмents are public, pharmacies keep records, our health information is sent to third world countries, there is  LexisNexis,  Big Brother looking at which friends "liked" the scarf I made is nothing compared to that?

  • Eth does not care, as long as it s not facbook.....he is more then happy to ignore the tracking when he gets on internet, uses CI, uses a credit card, pays a bill, shops, uses a check, possibly uses a customer card at his local store, uses a cell phone (pinged off towers all over country), does not mind using the phone....etc.

He is not off grid, but fears the FB and sees nothing positive that could be used for....again, many in the 90's thought the internet is terrible and worthless....yet, here Eth is, on it and using a forum......what good comes out of this, a lot of  :really-mad2:, but to, a lot of info and links,etc...

Not long ago, via email ,got a lot of vile links sent to me, despite deleting one opened, a site with vivd pics and descriptions of swinging.....not sure who sent it, likely fishing.....those images stuck with me and had to go to confession.....

So, can add emails adn internet, again, the list of things electronic not good. yet, Eth is here!!!

Eth, want to be consistent, get off grid....and that means no CI......
