Exorcism and the Church Militant [Rev. Thomas J. Euteneuer]

Hi,

I am searching for this book, it seems to be a good one. I read somewhere that this book is out of print, and that copies are being pulled off the book stores.

I also read that the author, has been removed from his position as president of HLI, and that little is known about Him after that.

This has made me wonder what could be written on that book?

The way it goes, as far as I read, is like this book has been condemned to disappear. That isn't fair.

I'd like to have at least an electronic copy, if anyone has it, please share.

Do not let it go into oblivion.

A little research on this subject proves interesting. This man must be fairly ripe for coming over to be traditional, but according to Wikipedia:

"After being so public for so long, he has now disappeared. The Palm Beach Diocese will not comment on his present assignment."

On Amazon there is actually someone selling a used copy of this book for $1,500.00

Matt Abbot has been keeping abreast of this priest. He is the one who informed Hannnity that he could not give him Communion due to his public stance (the clip is probably available on YouTube).

Doubting, you are not the only one who is concerned for this priest. Fr. Marx R.I.P. also had some troubles-fired from Human Life International if I recall.

I saw Marx back in 9/09, did not know he had since died...

he clashed w/Hannity, I recall seeing that clip on Youtube, likely why he is MIA now....

Thanks for posting that, Belloc. Mr. Hannity was grievous in the debate with Fr. Eutneneuer.

I'll listen to the talk later-think I may have listened to it before and they seemed to skirt the issue?

Sean Hanity is wrong in so many ways in that "debate" with Fr. Eutneneuer. Father should have made him aware of the explicit dogmatic teaching in Pope Pius XI's Casti Connubii. Make Hannity aware of it explicitly. Maybe he'd have a think on it then.

You must admit Hannity does expose the Novus Ordo on NFP being accepted as a form of birth control that may be used in place of ABC. That's what most have been taught and what they now believe.

that said, he is a shameful neocon.

not sure if still the case or not, but at one time, Hannity had a dating site AND said site allowed for men-men and women-women pairing for dating,etc....

I've never had any illusions about Sean Hanity. My point was that his mentioning (as a defense of his position which is clearly contrary to Church teaching), the fact that NFP is used as a replacement for ABC in the NO establishment, was a problem for Fr. Eutneneuer.

I'd very much like to read this book. I can't seem to find any kind of copy, electronic or otherwise. Has anyone been more successful than I have? You'd think some militant soul who had heard of it's mysterious demise would have made it available by now.

Actually, Dr.Makow seems to be what you would call a "Secularized Jєω". A culturally assimilated Jєω. In his writings (so far) I havent seen any kind recognition of the Divinity of Christ, although he has much respect for Christ as a God, and he is a champion of the Natural Law in our modernist age. He seems to profess a kind of faith in a personal God almost like the protestants have their personal Jesus. But he's a good and genuine guy in spite of this. Hopefully God will reward him one day for his work by granting him the grace of conversion.
