    • I read that monks sung the Gregorian Chant seven times a day. Exactly how much a day (in approx. hours and minutes) did monks sing the Gregorian Chant?

    • I think that certain orders would sing the Divine Office, which is why you would read that the monks chanted seven times a day, one time for each office. So if you want to do so, you need to get a breviary.
