  • I was reading a story about a few women who died after having an abortion.

It got me thinking -- why would a woman have an abortion?

She's probably not willing to suffer the (relatively small) inconveniences of pregnancy. So she values comfort.

She probably is concerned with her looks, since she's probably not "safe" in a stable marriage that is considered permanent by both parties. She probably enjoys getting her hair and nails done, wearing the latest clothing, etc. She is probably keen on keeping a good figure. Let's put it this way -- Pregnancy seldom brings a woman any closer to being a "cover girl".

So when you see the vanities of the world -- the mall, shopping, vain fashions, Jєωelry, fine food, wealth -- just think of how many women choose that over letting their baby live.

And for the men, just remember that it's often the MAN who compels the woman to have an abortion (but not always). And why? Because he wants to have 100% of his free time, to spend playing video games, watching stupid movies, indulging in porn, gluttonizing on a different cuisine every night,  indulging in illicit sex on a regular basis, and in general being completely lazy and selfish.

So selfishness is what keeps abortion in existence. Even the abortion "doctor" covets worldly wealth (and the comforts, etc. that wealth brings).

It makes me want to do the exact opposite, just to spite the world!

  • That's an awful shallow woman.

I'm going to give them a bit of credit and presume some other possible reasons...

Perhaps one would be the fear of actually having to be responsible enough to care for the baby ... even if the responsibility only extends far enough to have the baby adopted.

Another might be the fear of rejection and humiliation when everyone finds out your pregnant.

  • I watched a movie recently (something I don't do regularly) and I don't recommend it. It's called "Revolutionary Road." The woman in the movie ends up having a home abortion and dies. My husband and I didn't get the meaning of the film until the day after we watched it (because it seemed pointless) but we realized that it was an agenda being pushed by the creators of the film to say that life in the early 60's wasn't wonderful, and that the world is soooo lucky that abortions are done in an office and that selfish women don't have to die, just babies.

As I watched her shut that door to go into the bathroom with her rubber tubes, I said to my husband, "If she doesn't die from this, that would be unfair."

After she was rushed to the hospital, the husband was sitting in the office, and said, "She did this to herself," and I said out loud to my husband, "You're darn right she did."

  • I worked with a woman years ago. She wore long hair straked blond, with a beautiful perm at all times. False RED finger nails, impossibly high heels that made work even in an office diffcult. She had a wardrobe right out of Frederick's of Hollywood. She was the darling of the men of the office and plant.
She never had real money problems as she had "sugar daddies" to help at all times.
She had been married at that point 3 or 4 times and was not even 36. She worked out faithfully, ran marathons. The whoe enchilada.
When I became pregnant with my first born, (I was not wed at that time) her first response was, "You will get rid of it, won't you?"
I was horrified. I never even thought of that.
Come to find out she had aborted many babies.
To the world, she was a queen.

  • These women have been taught that "the products of conception" are a mass of cells only.

They think we are evolved from monkeys.

After the abortion, the women do not feel quite as human as before.

  • Here is what I read before I wrote my post (above):

    http://www.cathinfo.com/index.php?a=topic&t=7824

I'm sure the 26-year-old who paid the baby killer $2,000 to kill the baby inside his 15-year-old girlfriend could afford to raise a baby if he wanted to.

I know that most abortions are for "convenience".

Also, a woman can always give up her baby for adoption if she simply "cannot afford it" or "truly would not be able to take care of a baby because she is 15". Although adoption involves countless hoops for the parents adopting the child, I'm sure they make it VERY simple on the other end -- for the 16 year old mom with an "unplanned" pregnancy. That has to be true, or there would BE no adoptions. I know a man who has adopted 3 kids, and they make it very difficult for him. But a single mom would give up at the first obstacle. So they probably accept babies without question.

There are countless organizations that help such mothers to see their pregnancies through to the end, and will help them in the weeks after the birth, etc.
