Iirc, the franco regime ended in the mid 1970s.  It's "funny" how this paragraph tries to say so politely that the left's programs are killing the country.  This is the problem for magazines like Forbes:  on the one hand, if they tell the truth, they look like nαzιs who want to enslave the women, kill all the Jєωs, blacks and ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs and put a huge picture of adolph hitler on every satellite that orbits the earth, on the other hand, if they don't, they look like stupid idiots.
