Title: eternal insurance
Post by: cassini on August 07, 2017, 01:43:00 PM

As a man in his 70s I cannot believe how many friends and acquaintances in my age group who have lost the faith. Occassionally I get to talk about religion with different groups and my favourite bit of advice goes like this:

Hands up who has health insurance? Hands up who has life insurance? Hands up who has house insurance? Hands up who has car insurance? Why then do none of you have eternal insurance?
None of you know for certain if there is no heaven or hell. I believe there is, some of you think there is not, but none of you are certain. So, with all your insurance for this and that don't you think eternal insurance would be a good idea?

I have no idea if it works, but worth a try.

Good post and topic introduction.

The question now is... who will sell them the eternal insurance policy?
