  • ChantCD,

These nanoantennas sound VERY promising.  Even if the current oscillates that quickly, I'm sure they could develop something quickly to resolve the problem.  The question is, when can we get that technology into our hands?

Do you think it would be possible to develop something similar (on a smaller scale) in a private workshop or at home?  Even if it isn't quite as powerful, I'd suspect it would be worth the investment.

  • The funny thing is, these two articles are just the TIP OF THE ICEBERG when it comes to promising new technology.

There was a story a while ago about a man who uses microwave frequencies to break down ANY PETROCHEMICAL PRODUCT (plastic, etc.) into oil!  Amazing what true scientists can do.

The problem is, the Bad Guys don't let them get that kind of stuff out to the people. They want us paying electric bills, gas bills, and gasoline bills until we die.

  • I had heard of the other story you mentioned.  There are a number of alternatives available on the net, but I don't have the technical knowledge, skills, or resources necessary to confirm whether of them are functional or worthwhile.  Have you come across anything worth checking out in further detail?

Perhaps Vandaler could help us out too.   :scratchchin:

    Hi,

I tend to trust the wisdom of markets.  That is, if something is openly sold and without restrictions, it will sell as much then it is useful.

I doubt very much that there is a fantastic solution just waiting to bought on-line.  They could however be the bare-bones ideas for future developments.

That being said, there are some alternatives, but they require commitment, as they may end up costing you more and are usually used by people dialed in to environmental concerns.

If you have specifics in mind, please post, I am also curious of all these new technologies.
