  • Some of you may have been following the Ebola outbreak.  It's threatening to go global pandemic.  What's being covered up is that there's droplet transmission (the same way that the flu travels).  Although not strictly airborn, neither is influenza.  There was a recent patient who travelled from the infected regions to Lagos, Nigeria.  He was asymptomatic before boarding the plane, then started getting sick and vomiting while on the plane.  He died in Nigeria of Ebola.  Nigerian officials are trying to track down and notify 30,000 people (that's not a typo) who may have been on the vector from this patient zero on the plane.  Lagos, Nigeria is a city of 21 million people.

With that in mind, I wanted to share something from Marie Julie Jahenny:

    Quote
THE MODE OF USING THE HAWTHORN AS GIVEN BY OUR BLESSED MOTHER: "There will be a grave illness which human science will not be able to alleviate. This illness will attack firstly the heart, then the spirit, and at the same time, the tongue. It will be horrible. The heat accompanying it will be a devouring fire insupportable and so intense that the members of the body affected will be red -- an unendurable fiery red. At the end of seven days this disease, sown like a seed in the field (incubation period) will spread everywhere rapidly and make great progress." "My children, here is the ONLY remedy which could save you. You are familiar with the Hawthorn which grows practically in all hedges. The leaves of the Hawthorn, not the wood, can arrest the progress of this disease." "You will gather the leaves, not the wood. Even dry, they will keep their efficacy. You will put them into boiling water and leave them there for 14 minutes, covering the receptacle so that the steam remains therein. At the onset of this disease, one must use this remedy three times a day." "This disease will produce a continual vomiting and nausea. If the remedy is taken too late, the part of the body affected will become black and in the black there will be seen a sort of pale, yellow streak." SOURCE: Marie-Julie Jahenny, The Breton Stigmatist, by Marquis de la Franquerie, 1977

You can also buy Hawthorn leaf extract.  Interestingly, I saw an article which linked the active ingredient in it to something that can arrest what's called cytokine storm, which is what kills people in viral diseases.

  • Obama signed an executive order to allow indefinite detention in FEMA camps of any American with a cough...

Obama executive order allows detention of Americans with respiratory diseases -

On Thursday, Barack Obama signed an executive order that allows for the apprehension, detention, or conditional release of individuals with certain severe acute respiratory diseases, not including influenza. The executive order modifies one signed in 2003 by George Bush that allowed for the detention and quarantine of those with SARS

"Severe acute respiratory syndromes, which are diseases that are associated with fever and signs and symptoms of pneumonia or other respiratory illness, are capable of being transmitted from person to person, and that either are causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic, or, upon infection, are highly likely to cause mortality or serious morbidity if not properly controlled," the executive order reads. "This subsection does not apply to influenza."

The same subsection in the original order read: "Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), which is a disease associated with fever and signs and symptoms of pneumonia or other respiratory illness, is transmitted from person to person predominantly by the aerosolized or droplet route, and, if spread in the population, would have severe public health consequences."

Signed in the wake of the Ebola scare, the amendment means that Americans who simply show symptoms of respiratory illness can be forcibly detained for an indefinite period of time. In an article published at the Centre for Research on Globalization, Paul Joseph Watson explained "the actual preconditions for this to happen aren’t restricted to just those suffering from" the Ebola virus. Being detained means a hospital cot in a hallway and you will be charged $2500 a day. On the plus side you will be forced to eat two fried chicken TV dinners a day and get to watch the local news in between episodes of Leave it to Beaver.

I'm not familiar with any Church approved apparition that Our Lady goes into detail about natural ailment. It seems that She had taught reparation and amendment of life, and then allowed certain supernatural graces to heal the sick. Examples would be the Lourdes spring and the Miracle of the Sun. Just a thought. Seek first the Kingdom of God.

Probably not. I know from being the child of first-generation immigrants that there's always a strong urge to visit the homeland and see family. With something as dangerous as Ebola, it seems just too dangerous for people to fly to Liberia.

    I can relate as well.

I immigrated to the Republic of Texas from the USA, and the from Yankee "North" at that!

I know, technically Texas is still part of the USA. For now.

But my hometown is 1200+ miles away, which takes about 21 hours by car. Even if I stop overnight once, that's still 12 hours one day and 9 hours the next. So the sheer distance causes quite a bit of isolation.

I also feel a pull to visit family, even though there's absolutely nothing else recommending my hometown area. In fact, it's become quite a s___hole in terms of crime, the economy, etc. (That censored word is supposed to read "sinkhole" -- lol)

I haven't been there in 7 years and 2 months, but who's counting?

  • Spanish monk, Miguel Pajares, tests positive for Ebola. Also testing positive are the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Conception, Chantal Pascaline Mutwamene and Paciencia Melgar.

You'll need google translator if you don't read Spanish.
