Point well-taken, but Tennessee is not famous for its (Hispanic, Eastern European, Greek, etc.) population...
With a few possible exceptions, I think most of these people speak English (or Ebonics) as their primary language.
I've been alive long enough to be very familiar with the grammatical and spelling mistakes of English/Ebonics native speakers.

If that is true then why are all the names either hispanic or white names? I don't see anyone named Jemal but I see Carlos, Mary, Gloria etc.
Why are ALL the names hispanic or white???? You are assuming that only hispanic people name their children with spanish names, this is not the case. African Americans names their children these names all the time. Not to mention that jennifer could be a black girls name, are you waiting for jequanda or something??
Your accusations are wrong I assumed nothing, what I stated was that there is a possibility that English is not these peoples first language and that their is no evidence that these people speak ebonics.
While Black people use white european names and hispanic names I stand by my assertion that the the name Carlos and in fact all these names are much more common among white and hispanic people than they are among blacks. The exception does not prove the rule and it would be a error to believe that it does as you seem to be suggesting .
I also do not understand why it is that you feel the need to respond so aggressively to my post, what exactly was it that you found so offensive? does the mere mention of race offend you? I didn't realise it was such a taboo subject especially with black history month just having gone by to.
