    I find many of his posts illumimating and fun. He seems like a jolly character.

    • Banning will only be done in self-defense -- not out of spite, or anger.

    When the good of CathInfo demands it, and only then, will someone be banned.

    I'm not going to get all FIRED UP all the sudden -- I'll be BLUNT: banning is still a serious measure, used only as a last resort.

    I'm not about to WEED out Roscoe. Every Tom, Dick, MARY and JANE have thrown POT shots at Roscoe's posts, but I don't see anything awful about them. They are a bit unclear at times, but that's not a crime. Some of them have been quite a HIT.

    Anyhow, Roscoe has been hanging out at this JOINT for quite a while, and it's HIGH time we realize that it's thanks to his presence we have had many good laughs about a certain topic.
