  • LINK: POPULAR SCIENCE DNA AND SUPREME COURT

    Quote
It's Now Legal For The Police To Collect DNA As Part Of Any Arrest
The US Supreme Court ruled today on the case of Maryland v. King, deciding with a 5-4 majority to uphold the Maryland state law that considers a DNA test--in this case a cheek swab--to be a legal search. That DNA will be entered into a database to be matched with existing samples.

    Quote
The case in question involved one Alonzo King, Jr., who was arrested in 2009 on an assault charge. He was fingerprinted and a DNA test was administered--but the DNA result linked him to an unsolved rape from 2003. King was sentenced to life in prison on charges from the 2003 rape, but appealed all the way to the Supreme Court on the grounds that the DNA test constituted an illegal search, violating the Fourth Amendment.

    Quote
Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, writing for the majority, calls the DNA test "a legitimate police booking procedure." And the Court also noted that the DNA test is fairly non-invasive, that it involves no surgery.

  • I know at Walgreens people can purchase DNA kits right off the shelf. I assume they are used to establish paternity of children. Dad gets custody of the kids on the weekend and then swabs them and sends in the DNA to try and get out of child support. Sends copies of the test result to his ex-wifes parents and co-workers etc etc .

  • The Satanist-elite / Jєω-run medical insurance companies will whack up your premiums if they see anything (negates the whole purpose of word 'insurance' turns it into pure money farming of humans by the The тαℓмυdist)

"discrimination against people on the basis of genetic information with respect to health insurance and employment"

I honestly think they should just test everyone at birth. Problem solved.

Actually that's one of the (very few) good things about Obamacare; health insurance companies are now only allowed to use four factors to determine premiums:  (1) whether coverage is individual or family, (2) where the insured lives, (3) age of insured, and (4) tobacco use of insured.

Health and genetic conditions don't factor into it.

  • All I know is they pushed US Medical Insurance rates so high so people couldn't afford Hospital. It was a first World country providing worse medical treatment for citizens - than CUBA!

Plus they challenge most major illness cases in courts if the claimant is not rich - we even got shown film-docu's years ago - of the exploiters in action (in the UK)

Secretive American corporates took over majority of family funeral businesses throughout UK over about 2 decades.
They still use the family names as 'fronts' for their organ-isation Why?

They can 'HIDE' death rates and make BILLIONS out of secretive ORGAN HARVESTING! How many of you check coffin contents to see if your relative is complete with all organs.

That's why they take 'death' right out of family control/hands and condition us that they are the only ones to deal with it.

In the older days the person was laid out for a couple of days, friends gathered for their wake/send-off, then burial + funeral service.

Hiding of the deaths/causes of death/death rates goes hand in hand with hiding a GENOCIDE!

The inflation of Medical Insurance making it unaffordable for 150? million and making 2 million 'uninsurable' so they die prematurely, without any hospitalisation or medical aid - is a covert 'genocide'

They can cover it up under 'but they were sick' excuses! Very clever these satanists how they go about their business!

Whoop - an 'edit' button has now appeared! So if I spot mistakes amongst my single digit typing, I can now edit spelling!
I was going to P.M. Mathew to ask why there were no edit buttons - even for a short period after posting.
