I went to the Red Sox/Yankees game yesterday, and I was tempted to pray to the devil, and I slipped into praying to him, more like I considered it, and the possibility I brought up, or simulated, was asking satan to let the Sox win for once at a game I go to, and for David Ortiz to hit a home run.

Sure enough, Ortiz did hit a home run, and the Sox won 6-1.

Six is the number of the devil, right? Could this be a sign? I want to stop but I can't. It's like trying to lift a boulder for me.

You're either in bad shape or you're trolling.

If you're really "praying to the devil" - then stop. How does that sound?

If you can't, maybe you should start looking for an exorcist.

Last I checked, David Ortiz had 38 home runs against the Yankees. Like the other 37, this one was not because you prayed to Satan, it was because David Ortiz is a great hitter.

Go talk to a traditional Catholic Priest, explain your thoughts, and inquire about exorcism. Quit flirting with heresies such as Lutheranism and other protestant sects, Jehovah's Witnesses and what have you. If you're psychologically disturbed, seek out a true Catholic mental health professional, perhaps through a traditional Catholic priest.
