    Yes.  The OP asked if Satan knew Jesus was "God Incarnate".  But he did understand that he might be the "Son of God", that is, he understood that Jesus might be, somehow, less than God--as the Arians did.

    So Satan may very well have thought that this "Son of God", who is "less than God" and is, after all, a mortal man and subject to everything that mortal men are subject to.  Thus, Satan thought He would be as easily swayed by temptation as the rest of humanity.
