This "gallery" covers 11 ways to spend (or sock away) $10,000.

NOTABLY ABSENT from their list:
- Buy gold (or silver!)
- Pay down debts (car, student loan, credit cards)
- Pay down mortgage
- Buy a solar hot water heater
and other good options.

Most of the options involved socking it away in the stock market in some way, shape or form. One option was to "bribe your boomerang child" by paying them $5,000 to move out already.

They mentioned that you could spend $10,000 to replace the windows in your house and save 15% on energy costs -- that's fine, but there are many other energy saving options as well (solar hot water heater, thick curtains, insulation, upgrading appliances, etc.) which would literally pay you MUCH MORE than the pathetic 2.5% that T-bills or long-term CDs would pay.

I would say all the mass media that we see on TV,
The big city newspapers are all controlled, and
biased in a liberal, socialists, and a globalists
positions. I heard that six big corporations
control the news that you digest daily.
The best sources for the news where you
can get at lease 90% of the truth is found
on the web.
I like the following sources, Jeff Rense,
Republic Broadcasting Network. There are
many others found only on the worldwide
web.
I am proud to say that I do not own a TV,
nor subscribe to a daily newspaper.

CNN has always been biased as long as I can remember. They have some nerve to call Catholicism "superstition".

CNN is a joke. The only time I watch it is for election coverage. It's still full of propaganda but I like their format better than Fox.

I only *read* CNN because it sort of keeps me informed about what's going on in the world -- but you have to read everything with a grain of salt, if you know what I mean.

It helps to know what "they want us to focus on", too.

And let me tell you -- If you READ an article it's hard to get brainwashed; after all your mind is active when you read. Watching the same thing on TV or even Radio, it would be much more easy to get brainwashed.
