  • Hey,

I didn't want to derail this thread with more complaints about my supermarket experiences, so I posted a new thread.  Check it out:

  • Is soy really that repulsive? I've used soy drinks after working out to prevent muscle pain the next day. And it's worked. I see soy products, or the equivalent, in everything from canned chili to Campbell's Chicken Noodle soup. How much harm could really be done from consuming too much of the soup, for example?

By the way, it's good to see that grass-fed beef is generally pretty healthy. I like steak, and often wonder instead what's really in the chicken and turkey you buy, rather than the steak.
