But this guy is not a Protestant, because by definition a Protestant is a self-proclaimed follower of Christ but who rejects the authority (and many doctrines) of the Catholic Church, the Pope, etc.
In other words, a heretic.

However, Pastor Dowell is more like a Jєω. He pretends as if the New Testament never happened. Only it DID happen. Jesus Christ, the Messiah, DID come. Now the Jєωs have their own demonic system by which they reject Christ (the тαℓмυd -- just read the filth that is contained therein -- or, on second thought, DON'T read it!)

This guy seems to be 20% truth and 80% error. It's like digging through the city dump looking for scraps of food for nourishment. WE CAN DO BETTER. REALLY, WE CAN.

I don't care if he DOES have an awesome "compound" and survivalist paradise. You should see the footage of his garden, greenhouses, etc. on Youtube. He has an honest-to-goodness cult going on there!

But the fact is that he rejects Christ quite completely. Not just the Pope or the Church, but even Jesus Himself -- so "Pastor Dowell" is even worse than a Muslim (who at least say that Jesus was a good prophet).

The Muslims have a lot of natural law intact too -- are we that desperate for goodness, common sense, and natural law sanity that we are grovelling under the table, licking the floor for crumbs we might find there?

Controversy brings much attention, and my goal wasn't to persuade any woman, although at least one woman did tell me she basically agreed with me. The reality is it's not up to women. They really don't have the power before marriage. The man has the power to ditch the woman who doesn't agree to a prenup and demands a state marriage license. What matters is what men think and how they act on it. Now, they're more informed about the epidemic they face.

I basically agree with you too, but not thanks to you or your pastor. Pax Vobis made your case 100x better than you ever could. Nonetheless, I know I'd still be rooting for a marriage license and seriously doubt Matthew would ever object because there are financial advantages to being married and we're both cheap like that. He wouldn't pay a dime more on such a remote possibility... we live in a state with common law marriage and no alimony. Skipping a license has very little advantage as far as I can see.

Also, you only say that because you have a bitterness lingering due to the abrasive truth spoken by me (or Dowell). So your preference for "who said it better" is a little biased.

That's why a prenuptial agreement is necessary in states with common law "marriages", too. You can get prenups in those states.

I've never disagreed with that. I'd sign a "post-nup" right now. I only disagreed with a soon-to-be-married couple hammering out such details during their engagement. Get it written up and perfected before you meet the woman you hope will sign it. Have it signed and notarized by your priest as evidence for when and why you made it.
