Dear Matthew, is it possible to make a feature whereby one can see a list of posts that you were downthumbed? I seem to have gotten a couple recently and am not sure which posts they are.

No I found it going through my posts, it was when I gave information about CMRI's founding. I am not involved in the war with GV. I disagree with him defending Lua, but you have backed him into a corner without an out.

In my opinion, GV's first post the fight you're in was not wrong in the least( I disagree with him about Lua but that is no reason to attack him), though he has obviously become agitated and is now fighting to defend his intial post. I don't see the point in him jumping into the pants thread but like I said you've probably agitated him in the other thread.

I have no beef with either of you, but I think your war of words has long since gotten out of hand, the fact GV is being attacked on multiple fronts is probably not helping matters.

Perhaps you guys could let it rest? It has gotten to the point where you're attacking him no matter what he says, and not giving him an out. That is not charitable. He then in turn lashes out at you guys saying things he probably would not say otherwise and it becomes a circle.

Just my 2 cents.

Phan I'm giving him two huge outs.

1.) Stop following me around pestering me about "Lua" and drop it.

2.) Admit his position on her is wrong and we both move on.

I wrote him a long post he promised to consider. So did Raoul, you, Daegus, etc.

Not sure if that was BS or if he actually plans on considering it.

An out is when you let someone back down while allowing them to save face.

The first one could be an out but you'd have to stop mentioning him aswell and definately stop accusing him of making the Row account without proof.

The second one is not an out, it might have been last weekend when the whole thing started but now it'd make him look like he'd lost.

I like option one but you have to stop attacking him before he can back down otherwise the circle will continue.

I find it utterly hilarious that he would be so paranoid that he would think, you, GV, as a regular on this forum, would be "following him around."

The sheer lunacy of it makes me laugh.

No, I remember Tele saying he (interestingly enough) attends FSSP.. Is this right Tele? If so, are you able to explain why FSSP? I've been meaning to ask you for a while actually, haven't had the chance though.

I realize this is not a bad kind of derailment, but still, it might be better to start another thread to discuss Tele's Mass attendance, etc., should he feel inclined to oblige.
