When your this far North this is DEFINETLY gonna happen. Ok we have a few large catholic homeschool families up here in Northern British Columbia. Its all good but we definetly dont have the numbers Y'all have down south.

Now havent committed to this plan yet but a couple or more fathers are willing to take a road trip into Southern USA and meet some of you families. Just wondering where the stops are (TLM) and who is brave enough to open their home to the stranger on the road.

Now I can only speak for my family we are typical trad catholics. Out of the city, not up to date with main stream media, prefer 4 legged animals to the two legged as the 4 legged ones dont argue with u. Love anything to do with living off the land. Hubby loves Ricky Skaggs and Tex Ritter not to mention Marty Robbins so we should be a safe bet.

As the children get older we dont want them to friendly with the non catholic community. Some families I know up here have daughters that are thinking of temporarily living in large catholic communities down south just to discern their future.

It would be a real treat to go to Sunday mass (every Sunday) to meet other large families who pray and care and defend their catholic faith

For now the husbands are more apt to go As travelling with young children is not something I overly enjoy. Home is best.

Of course any families wanting to check out other catholic parts of the world or just want a plain holiday your more than welcome our way With a few recomendations and screenings of course. We are on the way to Alaska I heard there is a good size catholic community up there in Anchorage.

Any recomendations or info greatly appreciated. Thanks

Your friendly canadian :farmer:

I doubt you'll make it this far south, but we like visitors. If your crew wants to visit South Texas, send me a message.

There are many excellent Catholic people in Northern Idaho that I'm sure would be most glad to meet you and share some hospitality.
