Same as the traditionalists, but traditionalists are more likely to use the sacrament.

They like face to face confessions.

Some of them confessors probably try to use therapists' techniques.

They generally don't follow Catholic moral theology.  

There are some who did, but most of those are dead.

The NO confessions I went to were stuck to church teaching, and some of the Priests were very tough on me.

You have the option of going behind the screen or confessing face to face.  I admit I much prefer the face to face and I get nervous  before going into the box at my SSPX chapel.

I have generally had good experiences in confession, whether NO, FSSP, or Eastern Rite.  I have received bad advice, or at least advice I thought was bad.  However, I have never had occasion to question the validity of the absolution I received, nor have I ever been told that it was okay to violate any Church teaching.  I am as selective as I can be about confessors, however, and I have a pretty good group to choose from.  Not everyone is so fortunate.
