Who is making a more Christian use of his time?-- SS by spending 4 hrs watching football( I am assuming he watched the whole SB) under the influence of coffee or moi by spending 4 hrs reading Fr. Parsons Studies In Church History after having taken a few hits of MJ and a couple of Cans of Beer?

I have been at it for a number of yrs so it is easier now but good point.

It also depends on the author. The words of some historians flow better than others. I definetly would not recommend smoking MJ and doing math.

There are 2 basic strains of MJ. Indica goes to the body( and tends to make some people sleepy)while Sativa goes more to the head-- better for reading and especially music( the most spendid of effects from recreational MJ use)

Why the need to start a thread about me watching the Super Bowl? For one thing I did NOT watch all of it, and for another thing I attended Mass that morning and said a full 5 decade rosary in the afternoon. I also did not watch the trashy half-time show, so what difference does it make if I want to spend just a little bit of my time watching football?

BTW Roscoe, if you really think you are making Christian use of your time by "taking a few hits of MJ and a couple of cans of beer" then you are sadly mistaken.
