Only yesterday I was banned from te deum forum for discussing evolution and Pope Pius XII. I now have been banned from three 'traditional' Catholic forums for recording the history of faith and 'science,'
Catholic Answers Forum,
Suscipe Domine forum,
Te Deum Forum.

This leaves Catholic Info Forum as the only traditional Catholic forum whose moderators are not afraid of serious discussion of these subjects within certain bounds.
To the others, any suggestion that popes from 1741 allowed heliocentrism, long-ages and evolution into the realm of Catholic faith WILL NOT BE ALLOWED, no matter what history has recorded.

Given that opinion polls on the subject of faith and science for many years now have shown that their 'science' has been the reason so many billions of souls have lost faith in God, surely the correct history of this demise is important to know?

What are these moderators afraid of? Not one of these numerous popes who paved the way for science to 'correct' traditional interpretations of the Scriptures did so without using their infallible prerogative, so no one is asserting or suggesting the 'gates of Hell had prevailed.'

What really gets me is the hypocrisy of their 'protection.' Any defence of those popes who allowed, for example, heliocentric books to be read as orthodox, in fact betray those popes who condemned the heresy using their infallible magisterium. Surely any traditional Catholic worth their salt should side with official papal teaching rather than those who ignored it?

Pope Pius XII is on record supporting all the above sciences by way of a speech to the Pontifical Academy of Sciences. He is on record as considering evolution of the body of man - and thus evolution as a whole in his encyclical Humani Generis. It offended Te Deum when I asserted evolution is an insult to human intelligence and should not have been offered up even for discussion by a pope whose duty according to Scripture is to protect the flock from false philosophy.

See to it that no one deceives you by philosophy and vain deceit, according to human traditions, according to the elements of the world and not according to Christ.’ ---- Colossians Chap. 2:8.

‘O Timothy, guard the trust and keep free from profane novelties in speech and the contradictions of so-called knowledge, which some have professed and have fallen away from the faith.’ --- I Timothy 6:20.

No doubt the pseudo geocentric "catholic" sites can tolerate a little bit of truth, but they are terrified of the full extend of truth.  Modern science is about to go boom with the electric universe, flat earth, extended plane maps, small sun and moon, and other connected subjects that they are running scared.  Heaven forbid anything they never heard of in science shows up because these people think they know everything.

I thought it was wrong for you to be banned for what you wrote. I enjoy reading your posts and think you are a good poster. I guess they were trying to protect the reputation of Pope Pius XII from your criticiscm. But what I don't understand is why you were banned and I wasn't reprimanded or even warned. I started the discussion and even came to the conclusion that Pope Pius XII was a liberal who could not be trusted because he believed in the big bang and a billions of years old universe and that was fine with the moderators, but your comments were ban-worthy.

  • I think the three fables most damaging to the Faithful are:
    (1) heliocentrism/Big Bang
    (2) macro-evolution
    (3) the h0Ɩ0h0αx.

The irony is that all three have had to depend upon fabricated "evidence" to perpetuate belief by suckers.

Only this morning I noted a tidbit of "news":
    http://www.thedailysheeple.com/dark-photon-discovered-scientists-claim-it-could-upend-everything-we-know-about-the-universe_082016

Since the enemies of God have long struggled to prove existence of their "dark energy" and "dark matter" fudge factors, I am skeptical about this announcement of a "dark photon." We'll see.

Cathinfo has always been the freest place to hold a conversation.  It's astounding that Matthew is the only one who realizes that a site loses credibility when a discussion forum bans discussions.

CAF - no surprise there.  They're NeoCatholics who often don't have a clue.

SD - Echo Chamber ruled by a 20-something juvenile mind

    TD - Couldn't tell you.  I wasn't there.

I've often been asked why I keep coming here to Cathinfo.  I tell them that it's because there is more freedom of discussion here than any forum out there.  It's a place for Catholics to talk, and (heaven forbid!) Matthew actually allows us to talk.

Most everyone else takes a page from Mark Shea.

  • Te Deum forum is a typical ultra sedevacantist and liberal forum.  The moderators and many main posters believe that literally everything was perfect until Pope Pius XII died.  They refuse to accept the facts that Pope Pius XII as well as pius xi and b xv, were to some extent liberal and erred on many topics.  The truth is Benedict XV and Pius XII believed and allowed non-catholic science to be taught and held within the church.
The logic of te deum has also banned any major discussion of BoD and 'feeneyism' , NFP, national socialism, and for the most part they believe the Bugnini Holy week should be followed.

Te Deum is run by typical CMRI sheep who are not of good will, and therefore Cassini had to be banned.

Yes, they are liberal and lukewarm. They are afraid to admit that Pope Pius XII was far from perfect and that the sin of Liberalism had been spread long before Vatican II Council. There is nothing dogmatic about their opposition to the conciliar church, in other words, their resistance to VII is a joke because it is just about the liturgical aspect (bells and incense), but not the doctrinal, which is the most important. They also do not like any discussions about the necessity of Baptism for salvation. God forbid you say that only Catholics go to Heaven.

One time, I was actually temporarily banned in Suscipe Domine for posting a Fr. Feeney's article about the masons being controlled by the Jєωs. I guess it was too "αnтι-ѕємιтє" for their taste. How Judaized!. I have zero interest in signing up in Te Deum as it is run by anti-feeneyite sedevacantists so I know I would not be welcome there.
If anyone says that true and natural water is not necessary for baptism and thus twists into some metaphor the words of our Lord Jesus Christ" Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Spirit" (Jn 3:5) let him be anathema.

Read the comments on that website you set up Mark 79 and cannot stop laughing. Priceless, wonderful to read others who can see through their 'profession.'

    Agreed.

    Yes.

    Well, the moderators, anyway.

I won't cast the blame for moderation on the members.  Although, hardly any of them will pop their heads up to bring any attention to any problems there.  They've all got Stockholm Syndrome.

The way SD moderation conducts itself is even ridiculed by the atheists they fear to evangelize.
