  • I realise you are a great supporter of Bishop Fellay but would be great to get your thoughts.

What are you thoughts on his blasphemy against the Mother of God and his use of the Holy Rosay in trying to deceive priests and laity?

As a Traditonalist Catholic and particularly a 'pixie' as Indult folk call the SSPX, do you believe Bishop Fellay to be following the heritage of Archbishop Lefebvre?

Personally, I regard him as a liberal and a liar. Sorry to call you out but Fellayites should be challenged.

  • His supporters do exist. It's always interesting the excuses made for that liberal. Should young folk who remain in SSPX chapels be taught deceit and it is ok for priests to fib?

Recently, we had the District Superior of Ireland and Britain expecting the laity to believe nonsense about Bishop Fellay renouncing a docuмent. The naive might believe it but others don't.

The Diocesan priests at the school  I went to were more honest than both Bishop Fellay and Fr Morgan.

  • I shall be more charitable to supporters of Bishop Fellay. How they defend him is beyond me?

  • What blasphemy did he utter against the Mother of God?  I am not being contentious here.  I don't know what you are referring to.  Thanks.

Perhaps Matthew or Mater Dominici could direct you to the "Crisis in the SSPX" threads.A series of conferences given in London,England in June.

It will explain to you.My question was directed to cassini though.I have difficulty with SSPX priests or laity, who defend a liberal like Bishop Fellay.

My comments have been disliked but unlike cassini,I will not defend or support a liberal or a deceiver like Bishop Fellay.

  • John Grace,

Thank you.  I will ask their help if I cannot find it.  Although I think you understand this, but I meant no disrespect to you or to any who are opposed to Bishop Fellay.  As my grandmother would have said, I have no dog in this fight.

  • I also have to say I am a bit puzzled as to why anyone would up or down thumb a simple question.  I was not advocating or attacking any agenda.  I really was just curious about what John Grace was referring to

John,  I thought it was "SpiXie" ?

"Some preachers will keep silence about the truth, and others will trample it underfoot and deny it. Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Our Lord Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor but a destroyer."  St. Francis of Assisi
