Title: Carmelite Monastery in 1950s

This great BBC programme was made in the Monastery of the Carmelite Nuns of Presteigne in Radnorshire on the Welsh border in the late 50s. I found it very edifying to watch these true daughters of St Teresa of Avila. A few of the nuns are still alive, but the monastery closed in 1988.
