  • Like Mel Gibson, Charlie is professing and baptised Catholic. BTW-- all 4 Beatles were baptised Catholic as well.

Charlie is a pal of 'Conspiracy theorist' Alex Jones( infowars.com) who, like Geraldo Rivera is wondering what brought down Bldg 7.

Now all the stops have been pulled out as Alex is on the View today and larry Elder(kabc.com) is talking about Charlie and even mentioned the Alex Jones show on his show last Thurs.

It does seem as though Mel and Charlie are the two that Main Scream Media loves to hate. I believe that both are suffering from MPD(DID) and are being used to smear Catholics. Mel may yet be indicted for alleged crimes against his 2nd Ex.

  • Unless I am mistaken, Charlie has no mexican blood but never the less refers to himself as 'Latino'-- he is a Spaniard.

  • I Believe that the Lesbo MK slave Rosie O'Donnell was terminated from The View for questioning the Govs 911 story.

The creeps Whoopi and Joy Behar have also been heaping ridicule on those who object to the perverts at TSA sɛҳuąƖly assaulting people-- including disabled and children.

I thought he was Irish or something considering his last name was Sheen. Is he an Irish Mestizo?

Martin Sheen's birth name is Ramon Gerardo Antonio Estevez.  His parents were both immigrants.  His mother was Irish, his father was Spanish.  Carlos is indeed of Spanish descent.

  • I believe the Sheen comes from Martin (Sheen) Estevez being a fan of Archbishop Sheen.

That is correct Martin Sheen Aka Ramon Esteves was a great admirer of Archbishop Fulton Sheen

Hey, wasn't that the one who was on the Tee-Vee?

I wonder if anyone is a "fan" of an archbishop who isn't on TV.  The point I'm making is that people tend to admire whatever or whoever is famous simply for the sake of that fame, sadly enough.   Something tells me that Abp. Sheen had many more "fans" than Cardinal Billot and Cardinal Merry del Val combined, both of whom were relatively well-known, such is the nature of the ( Jєωιѕн ) beast, the entertainment industry.

Abp. Sheen had something that appealed to American Catholics in the 1950's.  I have an older friend who swears by him.  But I wonder what younger people of today would think, if they would be inspired by him in the same way.  I watched some clips of the show and the man weirded me out.  First of all, he is so hammy he makes Rod Steiger look subtle.  Whatever he was doing on that show certainly doesn't embody the spirit of Christ, in my opinion.  He looked like a vampire that just popped out of its crypt and drank a bunch of coffee, pacing back and forth, ranting and raving...

I find that show disturbing.  Of course, Abp. Sheen had some troubling views as well.  There's a clip of him on YouTube celebrating how John XXIII "opened the windows" of the Church to communists -- go find it yourself, I'm too lazy.  I posted it here a while ago.

  • Aside from the fact that he was an Americanist, I know Sheen was a liberal. But from what I understand, he did straighten out to a degree later in life. He did remain in the NO. But many of his Keep The Faith media productions are very edifying pieces, if not treasures for Catholics. Im not saying he was a saint or a model Catholic, but I dont think it can be denied that he did bear good fruits.

I deny it.  Or at least, I question it.

Your two statements are in contradiction.  If he was a liberal and Americanist with a big audience, imagine how many people he infected.  Do you know how susceptible people are to what they see in the mass-media?

We can't see behind-the-scenes, we can't see who was influenced by what, but when Fulton Sheen came on TV and soothingly praised the Vatican II transition, you don't think that blinded people and made it easier for them to swallow lie after lie because their friendly TV archbishop told them it was okay?

The Jєωs don't let you on TV unless you're working for them somehow, even if you don't know it.  Trust me on this.  He was being used, and that's putting the most charitable spin on his life.

No-- that is not the word I am looking for. I am referring to the four ethnicities(races) that are considered historically to be the European Latins-- Italian, Spanish, Portugese and southern French. Strictly speaking, Hispanic is a term for someone of Spanish decent-- not someone of Mexican decent.

I am of course aware that since Columbus, most Native Americans refer to themselves( even if they are not racially decended from a Latin European) as Latinos and/ or Hispanics.

I believe that CS has referred to himself as Austrian and they would more likely be referred to as Teutonic rather than Latin.
