  •  does the SSPX follow the 1983 code for its functions or does it follow the 1917 code?

    I can't imagine why they would follow the code of a Pope who they considered to be in error in many different ways.

  • Well, perhaps because they DO consider him to be the pope?

    Then again, they have no trouble disregarding other things they feel conflict with tradition.
