Can we eat meat on the Epiphany this year?

I was wondering because if Christmas falls on Friday one does not have to abstain.

Indeed, if it is a holy day of obligation, the law of fasting and abstinence ceases. See Can 1252:

The Feast of the Epiphany is not a Holyday of Obligation in the USA.
