  • There is no guarantee that Wade vs Wade will be struck down if he wins. The candidate can say anything he wants but once he is raised to the bench he can do as he seees fit.
A blind squirrel can still find a nut and that applies to Poche here.

I don't believe it would be Kavanaugh who is unreliable in a 4-4 split on overturning Roe v. Wade, but Justice Roberts. We know someone or something got to Roberts before the Obamacare ruling. In other words, we'll need another judge to overturn abortion. However, keep in mind too, that if Roe v. Wade were overturned, the number of states the would ban it, is unlikely to be more than 15. For one, the Red states west of the Mississippi River border states are not as anti-abortion as many think; two, those born after say 1990 are very pro-abortion.

I believe it will be Amy Barrett, who is even better than Kavanaugh

Because of the false accusations against him, there is now a lot more at stake in Kavanaugh's appointment. If they can metoo him and erode the presumption of innocence*, then the left can further neutralize to outright destroy much of the remaining opposition to itself here in the states.

If Kavanaugh doesn't get through, then Barrett has no chance. The Blue Wave becomes reality and the US eventually goes permanently to the neo-Maoist left. However, we've lost not only our Catholic sense, but also perception if we can't see the problems with a Judge Amy Barrett.

*Dare I say that the next "cινιℓ ωαr" may either be or include a low-level sex war?
    Pray for me, always.

  • I agree there are problems with Amy Barrett and that she is a NO, probably neo-conservative Catholic.I know she should be home with her seven kids, but she isn't.
However - if she would play a decisive role in overturning Roe, I would be ecstatic and happy she was there to do it. Yes - the abortion question would go back to the states and there would be scores of contentious and probably violent smaller "cινιℓ ωαrs" over it in every state capitol.

You are right, Roberts is the compromised judge- lots of rumors about his sɛҳuąƖity.

  • I believe it will be Amy Barrett, who is even better than Kavanaugh.. This may be a big mistake for Demorats... & big break for the good guys.
If the devious dems get away with this garbage, they will:
establish the rule of media lies over reality,
end the ancient legal right to remain innocent until proven guilty,
make a mockery of the Senate, and of the POTUS getting to pick SCOTUS members
    win the mid-terms
    regain a majority
and think of more stall tactics to prevent Amy Barrett from getting in.
Pray for the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

The Satanic Democrat cult and the MSM would not be trying so hard to get rid of him unless they were afraid of him.

While it is disappointing that Amy is NO, so is Kavanaugh and every Catholic on the Court and in US politics. At least she is strongly pro-life and much more orthodox and devout in her faith than 99% of Novus Ordites from what I've read on her. She's not perfect no, and ideally she should be at home, but the Court at it stands is full of heathen and Jєωιѕн women anyway. At some point we have to work within the system, and there is no way as it stands to get a Trad Catholic on the court. So she's probably the best choice we have as it stands.
