I dunno. There are quite a few Protestants who believe in the "ʝʊdɛօ-Christian" heritage. Many are quite patriotic, like Trump. They truly believe that they must support the Jєωιѕн state, and Jews in general, as part of their Christian heritage. Protestants don't generally have a history of being persecuted by Jews, as the Catholic Church has. Many don't believe that Jews ever were or are a problem now, because they don't study Church history. I don't think that Trump has been much of a scholar of Catholic Church history. The Protestant way of thinking can be vastly different from that of Catholic thinking.

I seriously doubt Trump's zionist bootlicking tendencies have anything to do with him being a "protestant".
He is in it for the money, because like I said, he's from NY and made all his money within the confines of what one famous black leader once described as " hymie-town". Trump knows the game, he knows where his bread is buttered and he knows of the consequences of not going along with the jew program. He will support Israel and all Jєωιѕн interests without hesitation or apology. Because THAT is good for business in his world. And his world is all about the money.
It has nothing to do with being a bible-thumping, blabbering idiot and christian israel-firster.
In the end they all sell out for the money, not because their christian heritage tells them to support worldwide jewry.

There was a Jєωιѕн convert who made a retreat at a Carthusian monastery.He said that when he heard them praying hte psalms at the Divine Office he thought to himself, "These guys want to become Jєωιѕн."
