It's a planted story to get people looking in the wrong direction.

If these bombers intended to kill a lot of people then they are the dumbest terrorists around.

It reminds me of the Jean Dixon prediction of the assassination of JFK
on 11-22-1963. We heard of the prediction after the event. At lease
I do not remember any predictions before that event. I lived during
that time period.
