I distinguish between deliberate blasphemy ... and the blasphemy of bad taste.
This is in the latter category. In the former category are such abominations as putting Our Lord in urine, etc. Here the artist probably thinks he's being clever and expressive. Even if it wasn't Our Lord depicted, but, say, Mickey Mouse, it's still ridiculous because the arms assume absurd unnatural positions.
