That sentence, in isolation, is completely true. However the monstrous ideology is one of world domination, in this case not by Nazis, but by Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ. Why is it a sign of neo-Nazism to remember an atrocity committed by the victors? It's because Germany is free. Free as in "it's not a prison until you try the door".
