Yeah... and I'm sorry for all my impulsiveness and bad behavior at the conference.

Someone had been pumping me with Mexican Coca Colas (original recipe) and I was on an uncontrollable sugar high.

Sorry I didn't get to say "Happy New Year" and "Good-bye" to you.

It was great to meet you and your family.  And be careful saying the same things online and offline, or people will recognize you.

A family of singers regaled the good bishop with "The Hills are Alive With the Sound of Music" while the rest of us built scale models of survivalist compounds and some model railroads set in WWII.

To be serious: it was an edifying conference, with many beautiful families, excellent sermons, conferences and Q&A sessions.  Bishop Williamson was in good spirits, Father Hewko gave an excellent analysis of SSPX-crisis, and Father Pfeiffer was his indomitable self.  Father Chazal was his amiable self, and the results of Father Voight's hard work at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel were impressive.

Do you mind telling those of us on the outside exactly what conference you are talking about?

I believe he means the conference the resistance held last week in Kentucky.

Why Lebanon Junction, Ky? Nothing against KY. I lived there once and I miss it.

I've come down with a cold and I've noticed I'm not able to describe things as clearly as I should.

Bishop Williamson spoke many times, giving sermons, conferences, and Q and A sessions. ( I should have kept my schedule sheets)  Themes included the suggestion that what is happening to the SSPX is not so surprising because it is following the pattern that has occurred in society and within the Church for centuries now.  That we must do what we can, not try to do the impossible.  He discussed the question of male leadership and of feminism, and discouraged parents to send their daughters to the university.  His view of the SSPX is that things look bad, but not all is not necessarily lost yet, that we must be patient with those who don't yet see things as we do.  He discussed the psalms and how they tell us that things are in many respects the same in our time as they were then.

It was close to Father Pfeiffer's home base, and his farm chapel.

Just want to remind everyone that I heard Fr. Chazal with quite an anti-sedevacantist tone when he spoke at St. Athanasius... take it FWIW. As in he said something to this effect... "God forbid we let our parishioners become sedevacantists"

All I can say is that he definitely put me off as far as someone who was actually trying to keep the traditional Catholic faith and more of an "SSPX vs everyone else" attitude.

You're making a big mistake if you equate "SSPX attitude" with
"anti-sedevacantism."

I'm not seeing how this has anything to do with the conference in
Lebanon Junction KY.

Are there any audios coming yet for the talks given?

We already saw how there was a push in Toronto to evoke some kind of
sedevacantism admission from +W which did not work - that is, it worked
against their objective anyway.  I trust the group in KY wasn't so hostile,
or maybe the speakers were able to cover more ground with the
audience's participation?

I'm already getting the feeling that I missed an historical event.  Go ahead
and rub it in!  Maybe it will make me get it together better for next time!

Look, argue all you want til you're blue in the face, but I know what I heard. And Fr. Chazal really actually said something (not exactly these words) but it was powerful enough to strike me since I remembered hearing it after mass in the basement when he gave a little talk about Bp. W and his possible being expelled. ... "God forbid we let our parishioners become sedevacantists".

It was unmistakable in that his tone and the words and everything of his demeanor there that he made sedevacantism to be on the level of insanity, leprosy, and suicidal combined.

Does any one else hear me or just see a fake bash on SSPX (which is not at all what I was posting).

Just posting what Fr. Chazal said and for all to keep an eye on this...

Time will tell.  There were many people recording it with various devices, and some I believe were doing so in an "official" capacity.
