  • I think they are mostly FSSP, the website says they are in "good standing" with local ordinaries and Rome.

I think it is odd that they won't identify the speaker and that their excuse for not doing so is lame, it makes it look they have something to hide.

Other sites like Traditional Sermons, St. Isidore's, SGG always tell you who has given the sermon.  Love 'em or leave 'em at least they are transparent.

What do you think they me be trying to hide? They have a very good reason for not becoming "celebrity priests" and they can't be answering thousands of emails from people like you who think they "look like they have something to hide". It is not excuse, they have a good reason. You sound lame here.

    Audio Sancto - about us

Fr. Justin Wylie preached against episcopal mistreatment of Traditionalists in the New York archdiocese and, within the week, Dolan shipped him unceremoniously back to South Africa.

Fr. James Meara, a very good and holy priest, was permanently banned from offering the TLM at St. Agnes in NYC a decade or so ago when he condemned the "gαy Pride" parade, (rightly) calling it the "Sodomite Parade" (I was there for that one).

FSSP priests who preach the Catholic Faith and condemn modernist errors have every reason to keep a low profile. The reprisals they face from modernist bishops are very real, and are a threat not only to themselves, but also to the faithful who would be robbed of real Catholic shepherds if they are removed. Case in point - St. Agnes now largely relies on regular diocesan priests trained to offer the TLM, and the sermons the faithful must endure there are of the same maudlin, treacly non-substance as the average NO fare.

As to the OP - Audio Sancto (and romans10seventeen.org) offer a large selection of FSSP sermons, and most of them (with some notable exceptions) are excellent, irrespective of whatever one thinks of the FSSP itself.

  • Overall, Audio Sancto sermons are orthodox, holy, and sane.

  • I've listened to most of the sermons on Audio Sancto. Being a relatively new Catholic, they played a large role in my formation. I really like it, and I'll probably listen to a sermon tonight before I go to bed.

The priests not revealing their identities is not lame. These priests are serious about tending to their flocks. They are extremely busy doing their duties, and don't have time to answer e-mails and phone calls from all over the world about what was said during their sermons.
Religion clean and undefiled before God and the Father, is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their tribulation: and to keep one's self unspotted from this world.
    ~James 1:27

I like them a lot. I'm not quite sure why the one priest broke off and formed romans10seventeen.org -- but there are a lot of good sermons there too.

There was a fundraising going on this week as the owner Mr. Cunningham, is in need of financial assistance to continue his apostolate.

If anyone says that true and natural water is not necessary for baptism and thus twists into some metaphor the words of our Lord Jesus Christ" Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Spirit" (Jn 3:5) let him be anathema.

Audio Sancto and Video Sancto (now known as Sensus Fidelium) are totally separate and independent apostolates.
