  • While this is spectacular, it's sad that we've fallen so far that it takes someone winning a million dollars from a prayer request to believe in our God.

Maybe this just goes to show that the salvation of souls is worth more than any amount of money can offer.

Or maybe this was just a very strange coincidence. Whatever the case, I'm glad he found the truth. Now let's hope this atheist convert finds the real truth in tradition and not the NO, lest he be faithless again..
For those who I have unjustly offended, please forgive me. Please disregard my posts where I lacked charity and you will see that I am actually a very nice person. Disregard my opinions on "NFP", "Baptism of Desire/Blood" and the changes made to the sacra

  • Strange and incomprehensible powers are moving through the waters...

ALL who love the truth will HEAR and OBEY His voice...

Let us do what we can to assist, whenever, in great ways and small...

Not that I disagree with you (because I don't), but I do think that this instance is one that has many facets to look at as you have done. I did notice this, that it had to take some lump of money to get him to believe.

The ultimate test I think here, and irony, would be if the dollar was devalued to nothing like the German mark did in WWII. Do you think he would remain converted, so to speak?

To your comment on the "get to tradition", I have faith he could. I know I did because my entry point and friendbase was ALL Novus Ordo at first (yet some were Traditional-leaning after further growing in friendship).

  • Glad to hear this, I will continue to pray for him.
Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.
