Updatsky: We were told by a tipster that the print edition features an advertisement for a Polka Mass right next to this story. Roll out the barrel... Perhaps the irony will be lost on most?

Local Paper Makes Father Echert Look Distorted, Weird and Scary

Editor:Some may recall a story about the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima where the Masonic, anti-Clerical newspapers came to scoff at the "fools" who came to see a Miracle, well, history has a way of repeating itself, perhaps.

when i used to frequent ewtn website he was the "expert" on q & a i would read the most. he once answer question for me.

He's a very interesting and intelligent man.

I remember when he got in "trouble" with the local Old Liberal Ordinary for what he wrote about "you know who" on that forum.

St Augstine's is the indult parish of the Diocese of St. Paul Minnesota. It's being closed and combined with a neighboring parish but will probably continue in use for the TLM.

It just happens that he's had this curious phenomenon, and the Diocese seems to be collaborating with the local anti-Clerical paper to make Father Echert look weird to discourage people's interest.

well he is wierd augstine. he actually often make sense, which is more i can say for his enemies
